Tabitha and Ashley came today to help clean the house after we had a death in the family not only do they do a fantastic job on the house. Their heart and caring nature came across in such a wonderful way. Highly recommended.

Yadira and Aubree have always done an absolutely amazing job. They are fast, thorough, friendly and I trust them in my home each week. It is a pleasure having them here and my house always feels fresh and organized.

Cerena and Angel were absolutely amazing! They were extremely kind, paid attention to detail, and were super informative. They asked me if everything looked okay as they were cleaning (I was home at the time of cleaning). My house looks spectacular! Couldn’t be happier.

Molly Maid Fort Collins cleaned my apartment today and did an incredible job!! Everything feels so much better especially with so much dust and dog hair originally. We hired Molly maids for a move-out cleaning of our condo, which we plan to rent out. Molly maids not only didn't do a good job cleaning (left dirt on the ground, baseboards, and walls) but they broke our refrigerator drawers, which will now cost over $500 to replace. In addition to having to re-clean our unit ourselves, we now have to spend over 500$ to repair what they broke, and are also missing a month of rent payments due to the time it takes to replace the fridge parts. Our experience with this company has been a disaster, nobody should use this company unless they want a bigger problem than they started with.

Team 8 Rocks! One visit was Aubree and MariCruz, followed by 2 more cleanings with Aubree and Kyleah...each visit has been professional, swift and CLEAN! Molly Maid's practice includes concerns before they even occur and final walk throughs are gracious, with any concerns immediately addressed. Communication with the Office (Nick and Viviana) are efficient and effective. We've been so pleased with the service, that we're maintaining a visit every 2 weeks!

I have been using Molly Maid for several months every week. I want a consistent team and Tabitha and Ashley are fantastic. They are friendly, good hearted, dedicated and every week do a detailed clean. They are very careful with my wood floors and trim and breakables. I trust them and feel very comfortable leaving the house when they are working.

So glad we finally decided to move forward with a deep clean with Molly Maid! Angelica and Karla were phenomenal and did the whole house in < 4 hours. Will definitely be a return customer!

Adriana and Angel did a great job deep cleaning my home. They customized the cleaning to exactly what I needed, leaving out rooms I didn’t need help with. Super friendly and thorough, cleaning things I have never cleaned before. The house looked and smelled incredible. Worth every penny. If you don’t think you can afford it, ask for a quote, it’s more affordable than you think.

Nothing short of the best service when using The Cleaning Authority. Katie is always quick and professional in her responses to my many questions. The teams are great, efficient, and courteous, addressing any questions or concerns I have right away. Reliable and trustworthy teams, backed but amazing leadership. I wouldn't think of using a different company!

This company promises a rotation of "deep cleaning", but fails to follow through. I literally showed them how to lift my stove top to clean under it, and they never did. They wiped the vent cover enough to leave a huge long string of grime, but didn't clean that, just left it there. I had specifically asked for cobwebs in ceiling corners to be addressed, and even the very specific one I pointed at was never touched in the 5-6 sessions I tolerated this company. They did manage to unplug things and not plug them back so I had to figure out why appliances suddenly weren't working. My house is over 3300 square feet, and there were only 2 rooms I asked them not to touch, including the one where I work from home. I finally fired them when they came and went within 45 minutes. 45 minutes. Verified on my Ring Doorbell. The stovetop was never properly cleaned, the cobwebs never addressed. And it cost nearly $300 a cleaning. I called corporate, complained heavily and cancelled. I work from home - I don't have time to chase people around making sure they did their jobs as promised, because I am working.
