Excellent customer service & quality service for a great price! Coming home to a perfectly clean house after a long day at work - it's my favorite day of the month! My husband and I truly believe we sold our home very quickly because of how clean it was! When we decided to list our home, I called Katie and worked out a weekly clean at a lower rate! Worth every penny! We are very happy customers!

Great service!! Ive used cleaning authority a few times now and am so pleased i went against some of the reviews to form my own opinion and encounter. Their response time is fabulous and i was amazed with not just the service, but the professionalism and communication. Especially during these crazy times! Katie was my contact person during my experience, and she has been so kind and efficient with setting things up. I highly reccomend them.

Fantastic cleaning service! Highly recommend!

Used their service for 1 year. Staff are friendly and trust worthy, and on time. Had the same two people 75% of the time. Did not clean anything above eye level. Other then knick-knacks, did not move anything to clean, such as toaster oven, dish drying matts, dinning room chairs. Did not clean filters above stove. Washed each level's floor with one bucket water, end up pushing dirt around toward the end. Cleaned for 1 3/4 hour for $185, no matter what focus on that week. Base boards, door frames to be hand wiped with damp cloth, appeared never did. Would recommend for light cleaning but expect nothing more.

On time and highly efficient. House looks great, for now.

I have had Vicky and Maria back every week for awhile! I’m so happy! I like these ladies very much! They always do an excellent job cleaning! They are both very nice and sweet! I’ve used Cleaning Authority bi-weekly for several years now! I highly recommend them! Katie at their office is always very nice and helpful!

the crew that came on Thursday was great. Most of the crews ignore the finished basement unless it is on their list of rooms to clean. But the crew that came on Thursday did go to the basement and cleaned the bathroom. Great job for cleaning all the bathrooms in the house. A wonderful job

I am pleasantly surprised by the “clean” I am receiving. They are a bit more expensive than the person I hired before hiring TCA but TCA is MUCH more reliable and much faster. I like the format and rotation they use and they are doing a good job.

We’ve used The Cleaning Authority in Loveland, Co for almost three years and I’d say they are probably the most reliable house cleaning service that we’ve ever had. I appreciate their rotation of detailed cleaning and have come to love the crew that cleans our home as they are always friendly and do an excellent job. The office staff is always responsive to email or phone calls and with the TCA app, I always know when the cleaning crew will arrive.

I have especially high praise for Maria and Maricella, our regular cleaning team from The Cleaning Authority Loveland.

This service is a lifesaver. It gives me sanity and a little more space for balance in my life and the clearheadedness that can only be experienced in a clean house. I appreciate that it is also affordable. The people who show are professional and get in and out, leaving order and cleanliness in their wake. The only improvement I can think of is possibly being more precise with the arrival window, but since it updates in the app it works well enough for me.

I was away when Cande and Angie came to clean our home. It was so wonderful to return to a clean and organized home. My husband had been here and said he had left dishes in the sink. The ladies even did the dishes he had left in the sink when they cleaned the Kitchen!
