We've just had a very negative experience and were blindsided by Mulberry Maids, who decided to stop providing services to us without contacting us directly. They canceled our next cleaning without warning and sent an email (no call or text) informing us of their decsion to drop us as clients.This was after recommending them to many others and using them for years to clean our home. Unprofessional and very biased customer sevice IMO. Would not recommend to others, knowing this is how they treat and interact with their customers.

As you shared what I did, it's important to state what your employee did first. Your employee, in front of another employee, offered to provide personal assistance themselves, in no way, shape or form, connected to Mulberry Maids - they did the exact opposite of what they told Mulberry Maids. Then, they proceeded to share a private text conversation between them and I with Mulberry Maids. So I didn't "solicit" them the way you are indicating.

For others, if you use this company, be sure to keep it cold, professional, and don't provide any personal information to avoid this situation. Say hello to your cleaners, give them cleaning instructions only, say goodbye, and then ask them to leave as soon as they are finished.
