Then we came across The Cleaning Authority out of Loveland. What a breath of fresh air. Efficient, thorough, friendly, and affordable!

Flexible when we need to change the cleaning schedule. Crew is courteous and goes about their business. I"m impressed how they over lap and help each other when their specific duty for the day is completed. We do not always have the same crew but, the notes they work by guide them through the cleaning process with very little guidance from the client.

I must say that this cleaning service is the best I have used. They always do a great job! And they are still very reasonably priced. My house looks and smells great!

Katie, Juana, and Alicia are my team. I have a large complex house and have had other services in the past. These guys are the most reliable, hardest working and most trustworthy people you will find. They NEVER miss and their never late. I recently started using Cleaning Authority (once a month) and am extremely happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. The focus on deep cleaning the 1st and 2nd times, covers areas I haven't been able to get to. Thorough first cleaning of bathrooms (3) & kitchen as well as general cleaning of bedrooms & living room. Gals were great & house has never been cleaner especially the shower! So happy with results.

We have had them for about four months. We had to have them come do cleaning again one time. They are pretty good but they don't put things back where it goes most of the time. After contract we will very much consider going to another company. They also broke a couple of things. Nothing major. They told us about one but not the other. To they are very nice. I think they just need more training.

We did not get our bathroom garbage cans emptied. Also, my dining room room rug was only cleaned on the outside of the room. I can see a definite layer of dust on the inside of the rug. We spend a good amount of money and we would like to have consistent service. I think it just depends on what team we get.

I've been using The Cleaning Authority for at least 4 years. Generally, they do a fairly good job. My biggest gripe is that they rush through so fast that they do tend to miss little things that should be second nature. For instance, I clean off my counters before they arrive. The MB counter has a clock, tissue dispenser and soap dispenser. The items were dusty and none them were wiped off. Like I said, small items but I feel like I need to watch them to ensure everything gets done. Part of the problem is also due to the fact that it's a different crew just about every time. They are very responsive when I needed them and can be flexible.

We were with a different cleaning company and changed to Cleaning Authority about a year ago. I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and service excellence. Recently Yolanda, Angela and Angelica cleaned our home and did a fantastic job. I love walking in to a fresh smelling, clean home. Thank you!

Had three cleanings from this company. First cleaning, the crew had confusing instructions and had to come back the following day to clean rooms that were missed (not their fault, but annoying for everyone). Last cleaning, floors and surfaces were left dirty and furniture was damaged. I have called twice in two weeks and been told I would receive a call back from a manager, but have not. Would recommend staying away from this company.

Katie has been very helpful over the past year and a half working with me for rescheduling, finding the perfect team for my house and me as I am picky! She is always responsive and great to work with! Yanet and Rocio are my "team" and they do a great job and pay attention to any requests I leave for them. Working with Katie to find them as my team was painless and I appreciated their efforts to work with me to do so!

We've been using the Cleaning Authority for a while now - I've waited to provide a review until I knew for sure what type of service we were getting. I *love* how our house looks and smells after they are finished. They are thorough and polite, and incredibly efficient in their work. This past week, Vicky and Emma visited and once again, we were blown away by how clean our stove is when they leave (we cook every meal at home and let's just say it gets embarrassingly dirty between visits). They always leave a note explaining what areas were deep-cleaned and what will be deep-cleaned next visit so we always know what to expect. My husband works at home, and they are super quiet and respectful of his privacy and space while they work. I still can't believe we get this type of service for the rate - superb.

We love Wendy and Stephanie with the Cleaning Authority! They have provided outstanding, professional services for our home over the past year. I have requested that these women return to our home bi-monthly to continue their outstanding cleaning service! They are extraordinary representatives for the company and serve it well.

I am always happy with the people who come and clean. Today the young women who came in also vacuumed the closets. I do not expect that but it was great!
