We have used All Star for several years. The cleaners have always been nice and professional. If I have any concern at all it is attended to immediately. The cleaners definitely want to know if we have any areas that they should concentrate on. They work fast and get the job done!

We just moved into a new house and wanted it cleaned. Upon arrival asked the crew to basically "top it off" as the sellers did a good job cleaning. They did a decent job. The bathrooms were good. The kitchen drawers were not addressed at all and the counters were dirty as well. Oven was great. Tops of cabinets dusty. One prominent light fixture not dusted. Shutters on one window not dusted. So not an amazing job but cut out a good deal of my time to do it all. Laura reached out after reading our review and gave us a 25% refund for the mess up. Love the quick response and willingness to make it right.

I received a text saying exactly when the cleaners were going to arrive and it was very precise. For the initial clean 3 cleaners came and split up to clean everything from walls, baseboards, showers, doors etc. Looked amazing and very happy with the professionalism and quality.

The deep cleaning was the most thorough cleaning ever done in my house. And it was extremely reasonably priced. Great communication, very pleasant hardworking employees. Highly recommend.

AllStar cleaning is always responsive to any requests I have. They are very careful with things at my home when they clean every other week. Since the beginning, our team Amelia and Alexandra, and a few others have done a great job keeping our house clean! They are also super sweet to our dog, Leo, who enjoys their visits! They also came out to do a reclean after I had some concerns from another team, who filled in for them, and they recleaned our house, did a great job, and provided excellent customer service!
