We found we had a small leak on the mainline, I called several companies to get quotes, Robbins came out quickly, got the ball rolling with locations even though they weren't hired yet, and gave a clear explanations of the proposed repair. The price was on the higher side but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. They were out the next week and repaired the leak within a day. They left the areas they had to excavate, in fact it was hard to tell they had been there. In short job done right, job done fast , and job done for agreed price, no go backs, no delays, no extra charges. What else can you ask for?

Noticed drop in water pressure; found out that the water line pipe was broken which was buried deep into the ground. Lost a lot of water & it was a mess. Tony, the owner of Robbins Water Line Restoration was called 10 minutes before opening time; explained what happened & that I was at a loss on what to do. You see my husband had passed away the week before and I was a mess. He stated his crews were working on other jobs, but, he personally came out & took care of the job himself. What a guy. This was our first year with an irrigation system, and we called Robbins to drain our system for the winter. Tony showed up on time. I like to know how my home's systems work, and I asked Tony if he would mind me looking over his shoulder so that I could learn. Tony was more than happy to explain how the system worked and what he was doing to protect it for the winter.

Tony was prompt, courteous, efficient, installed a new water controller and readily helped me migrate to this new system, clearly explaining to me how it all worked and what my responsibilities were going forward. Tony did some work for my neighbors so I asked him to blow out my sprinklers today. He came over and blew them out in less that twenty minutes from start to finish. I've done this many times with my own air compressor and it usually takes a couple of hours and it's ALWAYS right before a freeze. But Tony has a huge compressor on his truck and knows exactly what he is doing. I've got his card and will call him again next year! Nice guy, knows his business and very professional. This is the second time I had to call up Tony (Robbins) because of issues with our main water line. Very thorough, friendly, informative, respectful, hard worker, and on time and money.

He really stuck with it, got the job done, and I'm completely happy with it. If I need any other water works done, Tony will now be my first and only call.

He and his team were very respectful of my property, always asking before moving equipment, dumping water, going around fences, etc. And with me being so interested in the process, they were all very informative and willing to answer questions.

Now the backstory…

We live in a rural area with a 400 feet+, 32 year old water line that had years ago been recalled (and a legal settlement over the pipe), but I was not in the loop on that. Had a leak 18 months ago that Tony repaired and did a great job on. I recently had two new leaks so it called for an entirely new water line. I called Tony up first and he stopped by and discussed the issues, and possible new line. I tried to get two other companies to stop by - but they just didn't seem interested, or wanted to trench (over 400 feet!). Tony provided an estimate to directional drill. He was thorough in his written contract, willingly discussed the process and expectation, and waited on me to decide.

Tony got the line in between xmas and new years - rough weather! 4 long days of working in mud from a previous snowstorm, then an unprecedented 9 in snowfall. He got the job done with only about 6 hours without water during the entire 4 days. He really attempts to groom the land/soil back even with muddy, frozen soil. He left the site as clean as could be expected with the conditions of mother nature.

When we need assistance with any issues related to our residence, the first thing we're looking for is obvious technical expertise. But, in this day and age, what is equally important is character and integrity. From our first meeting, I found both of those qualities in Tony Morrison. Regarding the water leak that was causing a significant increase to our water bill, he was very clear and direct about how to approach the problem, the potential cost, and the potential for future occurences as well. I felt that I was being dealt with honestly and candidly, and I felt very comfortable to move forward with his service. We are very satisfied with the result and an ongoing professional relationship.
