Tony laid out all details of the project with great care, provided on his own the documentation about his insurance, etc., and also did just what he promised to do. As far as I can tell, his work is excellent. He was highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Also, at the end of the job he said that it had been somewhat easier than he anticipated, so he reduced the bill by $300. When is that the last time I have ever had that happen?? Tony is a good man. Tony "walks his talk". He might or might not have a higher bid, but if he does, don't let it scare you off. He is meticulous from start to finish. He has great customer relations, looks for creative solutions, says directly what he can and can't do, he's open to suggestions, and most importantly, gets the job done and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. And the yard looks better than before he came in terms of clean up. I highly recommend him.

Tony clearly laid out our options, explained the benefits and risks with each, provided several priced options and worked with us to choose the best for our needs. He kept us informed every step of the way and he and his crew did an outstanding job replacing over 200ft of waterline for us right on schedule. When they wrapped up the job, you could barely tell they had been here, including replacing the section of paving stones they had to remove from our front patio.

I hired Tony and his team for a water line replacement project. Tony was great to work with, responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. This project was for my Mom's property, so I certainly did my homework before hiring Robbins Water Line. I was extremely pleased with there performance. They showed up on time and the quality of work was impressive. I would certainly recommend Tony and his team to any one needing water line restoration work.

While replacing the filters in my furnace I noticed water coming up through my basement floor where the main water line was. I got online and found Robbins Water Line and called. Tony answered and I explained to him that I had a leak in my main water line. Instead of quoting me prices and all that would be involved in replacing the line Tony asked me "How do you know you have a leak?" and explained that the leak could be the providers side of the meter. He provided me with the name of a leak detection company and advised me to have them determine if the leak was, in fact, on my side of the meter. Long story short, the leak was on my side and I contacted Tony. I had already contacted another company and had there assessment in hand. When I spoke with Tony, he was amazing. He explained to me exactly what would need to be done and actually did a site evaluation that same day. The challenge was that the distance from the meter to my basement was 150' and the other company advised that additional potholes would need to be done in order to install the new line. Tony advised that he and his crew would bore from the meter to my basement and install the new line exactly where the old line was. On the day the work began Tony and his crew arrived exactly on time and had staged equipment the previous day. I was amazed when I saw the boring machine come up under my basement exactly as Tony had described. The entire job was completed in one day. When the job was completed the crew cleaned up the work area but due to the bad weather that day were not able to finish. The next morning I got up to see Tony sweeping up debris from the street, raking the areas where heavy equipment had been and replaced all of the rip rap rock by hand. At the end you couldn't even tell he and his crew had been there. I found Tony and his entire crew to be friendly and professional. From the start, Tony was very detailed in his explanation of exactly what work was going to be done which was done on time and at the price he quoted. I can honestly say that anyone looking to have this type of work done should contact Tony Robbins. He and his crew did an amazing job for me and he will for you as well.

I have been using Tony at Robbins Water Line Restoration for 3 years for my sprinkler needs at 2 houses in Fort Collins. Tony is VERY professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He is always on time!!!! He may charge more for a blow-out than some other people, but he is very thorough. You get what you pay for!

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Tony with Robbins Water Line Restoration to service my sprinkler system, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered with a service provider.

I made an appointment on April 2nd for May 19th at 10:00 am.
A week later, I called to confirm my needs: two new sprinkler heads and a drip line for my new garden, specifically insuring Tony knew the brand of sprinkler system I have is a
B Hyve sprinkler system.
I wanted to make sure he had the right parts so he wasn't wasting my time or his.

Tony's response? "I can't promise anything." What kind of reassurance is that?

Then, on the day of the appointment, just two hours before he was supposed to arrive, he called and said how did you make this appointment and that he does'nt service my area on Mondays or Tuesdays and he wanted to change my appointment to 9:00 AM.
As a school bus driver, I explained that amonth ago I went online to his website and chose this appointment date and time and that 10:00 AM was the only time I could be home. Instead of understanding, he told me to “calm down.”
and hung up. Then he texed me a few minutes later and said he'd be there.
I texted him back and said thank you so much. I appreciate you.

When he finally arrived, he was short with me and snapped at my requests, insisting we tackle one issue at a time.
While he did fix a broken pipe and the two sprinkler heads, he spent more time complaining about how much time he was spending at my house than actually addressing my needs.

The worst part was when it came time to installing the drip line to my honeysuckle plant, four raised flower beds and 1 hanging flower basket. He reluctantly ran a line to only three flower beds and one hanging flower basket, completely neglecting the honeysuckle.
When I pointed this out, he got angry, claiming I didn’t remind him about it.
When he was installing the drip line, he was stretching trying to reach a part to put in the drip line, so I was going to try to hand this part to him, thinking I would help him out.

He snapped at me and says there is a reason why I work alone.
When he was done with the drip lines.
We walked through the garage as he's leaving and he said that I didn't appreciate anything he had done for me.
That was the last straw.
I thanked him numerous times while he was here and the text that said I appreciated him coming. I don't know how many more times he wanted me to thank him to satisfy his needs.

I turned away from him in tears by the end of our interaction, feeling disrespected and unheard as a customer.
He asked why I was crying and continued complaining about all the time he spent here.

Tony's attitude throughout the appointment was unprofessional and dismissive. He should have accounted for the time needed to complete all the tasks I requested and treated me with the respect a paying customer deserves. The drip lines he installed are too short and ineffective, leaving my plants without the proper care they need.

We have audio video cameras everywhere inside and outside of our home catching several of Tony and my conversations.
When my husband watch these videos, he was outraged of how I was being treated.

I cannot recommend Robbins Water Line Restoration or Tony based on this experience. It's essential for service providers to communicate effectively and treat their customers with respect, something that was sorely lacking here.

I needed a new water line installed and a hydrant on an existing line terminated. I didn't want a lot of trenching on the property so I contacted Tony. We discussed options and decided to run a new line into the crawlspace using a directional bore. Tony communicated exactly what would happen and when the crew would show up and leave. Tony is very prompt, professional, meticulous and takes a lot of pride in his work. I didn't think it was possible anymore to get this level of detail and care taken to make sure everything was done just right. Tony and his crew exceeded my expecations and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. When they were done, you would never know they were even here with all of the equipment to do the job. Everything was cleaned up and raked over as if it had never happened. I highly recommend Tony for his expertise, promptness, communication and quality of work. For three or four years now, we've used Robbins to blowout our sprinkler system in the fall. From the reminder email we receive asking if we'd like them to service our system each fall, to their online scheduling system (which allows changes, if needed), to their invoice/billing system (after work's been done), they are top notch. Our service guy, Tony, was very personable, professional, arrived right on time, and touched base after he finished up. I would highly recommend Robbins Water Line Restoration!

Tony with Robbins Water Line Restoration was great! They completely replaced our full water line which involved installing a new line by boring approx. 350 ft into a very small area in our home. Tony was very detailed informative, upfront and OBVIOUSLY takes great pride in his work and it shows. We had several bids but his process, communication, and faith he instilled, convinced us to go with him. After the fact I am very satisfied with the work, his communication, and the care they used during the install, after for cleanup and minor tweaks to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Tony and he will be at the top of my list for any future water line issues on any of the properties we own.

This was the second time that I have used Robins Water Line Restoration. That should speak volumes as to my satisfaction with their service. Both times communication was excellent, and the job was left with minimal disturbance to the site. On the first job, Anthony went out and purchased sod to cover the excavation that was done in the lawn, and on this job the gravel was raked smooth over the excavation.

We had a water line break under our cement driveway. We called a few different companies but once we talked with Tony, we were set! Tony and his crew were very responsive and professional, answering any questions we had with ease, making us feel comfortable with our decision throughout the whole process. Robbins Water Line was extremely fast, fair, and honest in their work. We called Friday morning, he met with my husband at 1pm that day, started getting everything lined up to where lines were marked by 4pm. Started the work 7:30am the next morning and finished drilling a new home line with water restored by 3pm Saturday. Amazing speed and efficiency!!! Would highly recommend!!

Tony at Robbins Waterline is the real deal! He replaced our main water line and fixed the backflow valve on our sprinkler system—and the whole experience was seamless. He showed up exactly when he said he would (and that was fast after initial contact!), walked us through all our options, gave a high-level overview of the costs, pros, and cons, and explained everything he’d do step by step.

He was professional, prompt, polite, and fairly priced. We ended up hiring him and have zero regrets—he got the job done efficiently and with care. Would absolutely hire him again!

Anthony came out to repair a leak in our irrigation system. The repair had a leak and Anthony came back out to make sure that it was fixed properly. On that return trip either my wife and I were both gone or my wife didn't notice he'd been there. So, rather than try the system again after a few days, I made another appointment with him. He came back out and said he'd already fixed it. I felt bad about asking him to come back out and asked him to invoice me for the time; he did but didn't charge me anything. Anthony knows what he's doing, and has high integrity. I would absolutely hire him again if I needed plumbing or irrigation help although I'm not sure he would want me as a customer again.

Without warning I encountered a significant water leak at my 50+ year old home (somewhere) along an 800ft+ side of a mountain, and it was decided I needed to replace the entire line. Three excavators took one look at the situation and disappeared. When I reached out to Tony, he immediately assessed the situation, spent considerable time considering our options, and was the first (and only!) to come up with a solution. All the while taking into consideration the costs associated with this complicated job and doing everything he could to create an affordable solution. His positive "can do" spirit eased the tension, and he and his team were exceptionally efficient. I simply cannot advocate Robbins Water Line Restoration enough - thank you!
