I have used Premier Custom Landscapes for years now at my house and income properties and have always had a great experience. They have done concrete work, general landscaping, sprinkler work, fall/ spring cleanups and snow removal for me over the years and I have always been impressed. It is hard to find contractors that are knowledgeable, do great work, and are fairly priced, but they check all three boxes for me. You will not be disappointed if you use them for your next project.

Clarke’s knowledge and expertise of landscaping impressed. Besides advising on landscaping needs, we had chosen three Red Colorado boulders which Clarke was able to position beautifully in a way we could never have done ourselves. His overall design incorporated plants already present, alongside informed suggestions for others that would thrive in Colorado. Even more impressive, was Clarke and his team’s commitment to mowing our lawn, despite his schedule being wrecked by this season’s continuous rain. Under Clarke’s care our lawn is now far healthier. In addition, he responds efficiently to any special requirements that occur for its maintenance, incorporating extra needs, such as trimming bushes and repairing sprinklers, into the weekly schedule.

We hired Premier Custom Landscapes to fix a problem in the installation of a patio and adjoining walkway in our backyard and are very pleased we did. Learning of Premier through their work on a major project in our neighbor's property, we asked around and discovered another neighbor has known Clarke, the owner, his entire life; he vouched for Clarke's integrity and honesty and our experience confirmed this assessment. Our custom-designed patio was installed using Unilock pavers 3 years ago by another smaller company. Though the installation looked good, parts of the patio, especially the step leading into the house, started sinking almost immediately; the soil around our home is mostly clay fill. One attempted repair didn't last, and the patio began sinking again. We were very discouraged, as the installation had been a major and very expensive project. I asked Clarke his opinion, and he confirmed that Premier could remove the pavers, build a more solid base, and reinstall the patio properly. He added a multi-year guarantee against sinking or shifting. I was very unsure about proceeding, having seen the patio sink twice already, but Premier's guarantee and Clarke's demonstrated knowledge and experience led us to hire them for the fix. The result: our patio is rebuilt very solidly, along with a section of the walkway. The step and patio are even with the house, no longer any gaps. Premier's workers were respectful, friendly, and attentive. Clarke was available throughout for questions and issues. I would highly recommend Premier for any outdoor work, including major installations. A very professional, honest, customer-oriented company.

I recently worked with Premier Landscapes and owner Clarke, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Clarke is incredibly responsive, and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. He offered simple and easy solutions to my yard problems and outlined a reasonable plan to help me get where I wanted. I cannot recommend Premier Custom Landscapes enough! From the planning phase, all the way through to completion, Clarke and his team made the entire process seamless. We are very happy with the finished product, and cannot wait until Spring to have Premier back to add some greenery.

Clarke and his crew did a great job on a recent project for us. They turned an unusable “jungle” into very functional parking area, re graded a road, removed trees and added an underground drain for a downspout. Communication and execution were great at all times. This probably wasn’t one of their most glamorous projects but for us it was exactly what we wanted! Premier Custom Landscapes provided a team of detail-oriented, respectful, and prompt landscapers to deal with a pesky weed problem in our back yard. In two hours our yard went from unsightly to ready to host! Looking forward to using them again and working with Clarke again in the future.

Clarke and the wonderful Premier crew helped us transform our backyard. They installed a pond, patio, garden area, pathway and built us a custom shed. Additionally, they repaired our front stairs and suggested and installed lighting that upgraded our curb appeal. Clarke is diligent, has a great work ethic and takes pride and care in his projects.
