While they didn't end up doing any work for me, the owner showed up and looked at my job and told me I simply needed to buy a specific kind of smoke detector to avoid having to change the wiring. Worked like a charm. Saved me lots of money. Won't hesitate to call them again.

Ben was able to guess at what our electrical issue might be by just my description of the problem and with him asking some follow up questions, over the phone (dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker). Sure enough, he was able to correct the problem within 5 minutes of being onsite - one that had been left behind by a different (and far more expensive) electrical company. He also offered to take a look at any other items we might have to justify the service call. Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable professional. Advanced Electrical Repair will now be our go-to company for any of our future electrical needs.

If there are ever ANY issues with his work he will often come by the same day I call him about it and fix it. Though I seldom have had any problems. He is always willing to come help me with his many creative ideas about where to put things and how/where to install them.

Benjamin did an electrical inspection for the house that I am under contract on. He made time on July 4th weekend to come out to the house since we were on a tight schedule. He was very professional and upfront about issues. Best of all, he was able to explain in layman's terms what he recommended and why.
