Ben, the owner of Advanced Electrical Repair, recently completed installation of electrical for my entire basement as part of a basement finish. This was everything including lighting, outlets, switches and running new circuits to my breaker and installing those.

He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I've worked with other contractors that just want to get the job done as quickly as possible, and will take any shortcut they can find to do so. Ben and his team do everything the right way, with really high quality parts and fixtures to boot! As a bonus, he was also really thoughtful about how to make my life as easy as possible, such as repositioning some of the existing outlets and lighting so I would have working lights and power available for all the other work in the basement until after inspection when he could come turn on the new circuits.

I highly recommend Ben and his team for any electrical needs, and they have very fair pricing as well!

I'm a roofing contractor, I needed an attic power vent wired in for one of my builds. I called several companies and they either couldn't get to me within my time frame or they wanted to bill my client directly. Once I got ahold of Benjamin my worries were over, He came out same day to look at the job and did the install next day! They were very puncual, fast and he educated me on the process and how he was going to do the install making me feel comfortable and confident about my decision in choosing them. We interviewed 5 companies and would not have changed our minds about working with Advanced Electric for a second. The city of Erie requires a permit and inspection for Hot Tub electrical installations. Finding an electrician willing to apply for the permit and go through an inspection proved to be extremely challenging EXCEPT for Ben's company. He walked us through the entire install, permit and inspection process. His customer service is 10 stars out of 5. Ben, thank you so much for everything. You were detailed, clean, organized and put our minds at ease. No question about it, we will be calling you for future projects!

Ben & his crew are the absolute best! They are communicative, fair, and do great work. We had him replace a panel that was sorely outdated in our 1947 home and will continue to call him when we have other things that need done. Highly recommend!

I don’t even write reviews and honestly, I don’t want Ben to get so busy after this review. However I must say, I work w contractors all the time and Ben and his team far exceeded my expectations. Very clean job site. Prompt and on time. Excellent communication. He was about 10% more than another bid but it was well worth it for the quality of workmanship and service. I am already using Advanced Electric for another job. 5/5 star!

Ben, Jason and the entire crew have been great to work with for our patio build installing new service panels, breakers and new modern/compliant outside outlets. Ben and crew were extra responsive, were on site when they said would be, pulled additional resources for a very challenging ground bond update and when it came time for inspections they insured all went to plan and the inspector was able to move through all areas without delay. The pricing met the estimates with no variance and was very fair overall even considering how expensive work is in our local area these days. Ben let us know what could happen with new service if Excel deemed it necessary to change breakers and Ben gave us a reliable estimate for if additional work were necessary. This entire engagement was low stress and I could not ask for a better layout for our project; for those that admire clean runs and layout our area looks great and our neighbors and friends have actually commented as such!
