We had Kimberly come and clean our house and what a wonderful experience it was to walk into a clean fresh home. Bathrooms sparkled and fresh cut flowers on my kitchen table...Bonus!!!!!! Absolutely recommend her!

Kim and her helper did a good job cleaning the house, however their professionalism was sub-par. Kim arrived a little over an hour late (which was not a problem since her helper was there to begin). The issues began when after Kim arrived the conversation between the two women became about how long it was taking to do certain items on the check list and how bad certain areas were of the bathrooms, etc. Being a mother of busy boys and currently 5.5 months pregnant, my ability to get to baseboards, dusting, and the bottoms of my showers and tubs has started to be more of a struggle. This is the reason I called in a professional. Not only did the chatting about the severity of the house continue, but then I was told repeatedly that I really needed a deep clean, there was just too much that needed to be done in the way of dusting. She did wipe down blinds, which is not included in the Basic Clean, which was what I purchased. However, I did not ask or require this of her or her helper. I would have much preferred that they spend more time on the floors downstairs, which they rushed through because of scheduling issues. It took 4.5 hours to clean 2500 sqft including the time the helper worked alone. I was told that it was my fault that they were going to be late to their next appointment because my house just needed a lot of work. Keep in mind, my house was completely straightened, 2 of 4 fans had been cleaned by myself and I had emptied all but one small kid’s garbage can that was 1/2 full before they arrived. They also quoted me a price based on sqft and people living in my home weeks before this. They had never been here or had any clue the state of my house except that it had been about 2 years since I had a professional cleaner at my house. The last issue that occurred before they left was the use of a coupon that I had submitted to her when I scheduled my appointment. She didn't want to take it because she spent "so long" on the house and said that really that coupon is for an initial cleaning or deep cleaning. I have attached the coupon that says "first time cleaning". She did take it but was not happy about it. I thanked them for their hard work and told them everything looked good. Which it did, except for the floors. I didn't push them on doing a better job on the floors because Kim kept repeatedly telling me that they should have already left and she is so late getting to her next appointment. After the experiences of the day, my husband was very disappointed in how they conducted themselves, so he wrote a poor review on Facebook, which she then took to her public Facebook page to shame myself and my family. She exaggerated the size of my house, said she never said a bad thing about my house, and said I was rude and ungrateful. I spent $130 on a basic clean of my house. All this being said, the house looks good, but the unprofessional response while cleaning and to a customer review would not make me recommend or reuse their services.

Evergreen Eco Clean should be every restraunt's go to cleaning company for any job they may have. Kim and her team were quick and efficient and used all eco and food safe products. The level detail in their work is unmatched and is superior to any companies in the area. The three girls that cleaned my house were very nice to work with. They worked continuously and thoroughly the entire time they were here. I appreciated the natural products they used to get my house sparkling clean. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

This isn’t a cleaning company that I’d recommend for a few reasons. The quote is over the phone and they don’t actually come and see what’s important to you or what you’d prefer your home cleaning to look like. She quotes a flat fee but her employees stay a maximum of 2 hours unless it’s the first cleaning and you pay $360+. Our flat fee on 1500 Sq Ft was $170 it’s just 2 of us, we don’t have children and 1 dog with short hair. At first we were fine with this but then the cleaner varied from 1.5-2 hours. Ceiling fans, exposed curtain rods, some dusting (shelving In the bathroom), wine bottles, picture frames were being missed. I also would leave additional tip $10 for the cleaner. When you do the math Evergreen Eco Clean was charging us $85+ an hour. Now, I don’t mind paying good money, but if the quality and service doesn’t match that I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The cleaners were always late, we have a Ring doorbell so we can see all entries and exits. They charge a $50 cancellation fee which we’ve never done, but if they cancel on you, you have to deal with it and there isn’t a discount. I called her to let her know things were being missed she assured me those things shouldn’t be missed and that there is a 24hr period that they’d have the cleaner come back. I called her another 2 times, one time even telling her that I didn’t feel like I was getting the service I was paying for. All of these complaints she never once said how can I make this right or I’m sorry let me give you a discount on the next one. Today they were supposed to be here at 9am to clean, at 9:35 I texted and she said she sent me an email to reschedule that I never got. Again, no apology no hey let me see what I can do for you, she didn’t care. She sent someone over in the afternoon the girl stayed 1.5 hours ($170 flat fee $115 for the first hour and $55 for 30 mins). That is $1.89 a minute! The owner says that they do 1 complimentary bed change with their service. The cleaner didn’t make the bed and didn’t dust the round shelving in the bathroom, the ceiling fans are so dusty that you can see it piled on (which also means 2 weeks ago they didn’t dust those either). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, Evergreen Eco Clean is over priced and they do not deliver good service. Although they seem professional, the examples above do not demonstrate professionalism or an owner that cares about her clients. I would not recommend their services to any one.It definitely felt like they took their money and ran today!

I hired Kimberly and her crew for a move out clean. They did an EXCELLENT JOB! Very thorough and paid close attention to all the little details! Thank you so much!! The cleaning solution Kimberly makes and uses smells AMAZING too!! Very impressed and highly recommend!!

Thank goodness for Ecoclean! They were able to take my last minute request for a move out cleaning. We were putting our condo on the market and after Kimberely’s team was done, you would never know that college students had been occupying it for the last six years. My daughter even commented that “she had never seen the stove so white.” Thanks for a great job and easy experience.

These ladies were awesome! We moved to Oregon and were renting our house in Fort Collins and needed it to be move-in ready for the tenants. Kimberly was so accommodating and even found a carpet cleaner for us! Definitely would recommend them!

We initially hired the Evergreen Eco-Clean team to deep clean our house after a pipe collapsed beneath our family room (think jackhammering/dust EVERYWHERE). We've since hired them for standard cleaning. The ladies are friendly, professional, thorough and open to specific requests. I like that they use natural cleaners as I have bad allergies and the essential oils made the house smell wonderful. They also surprised my son by arranging his stuffies in a cute way on his bed (he was so excited when he saw it!). I would recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Evergreen Eco Clean. We used them for a post-renovation/post-construction cleaning and they did a phenomenal job! They were honest, good communicators, reliable, easy to schedule with, easy to work with, and had reasonable pricing. Our entire home was covered in concrete dust and they did such a thorough top to bottom clean- we couldn’t believe it! I would recommend them for any type or size of job!
