While they didn't end up doing any work for me, the owner showed up and looked at my job and told me I simply needed to buy a specific kind of smoke detector to avoid having to change the wiring. Worked like a charm. Saved me lots of money. Won't hesitate to call them again.

Everything about my experience was excellent. They came out to do a quote and explained in advance what everything would look like. Everything was transparent and seemed fairly priced. Once signed they were super responsive to schedule. Installation occurred on time, and left everything clean.

Ben was able to guess at what our electrical issue might be by just my description of the problem and with him asking some follow up questions, over the phone (dryer kept tripping the circuit breaker). Sure enough, he was able to correct the problem within 5 minutes of being onsite - one that had been left behind by a different (and far more expensive) electrical company. He also offered to take a look at any other items we might have to justify the service call. Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable professional. Advanced Electrical Repair will now be our go-to company for any of our future electrical needs.

Ben with Advanced Electric is always timely and responds RIGHT AWAY to my MANY electrical needs for my small business. If there are ever ANY issues with his work he will often come by the same day I call him about it and fix it. Though I seldom have had any problems. He is always willing to come help me with his many creative ideas about where to put things and how/where to install them.

Benjamin did an electrical inspection for the house that I am under contract on. He made time on July 4th weekend to come out to the house since we were on a tight schedule. He was very professional and upfront about issues. Best of all, he was able to explain in layman's terms what he recommended and why. This was extremely helpful for someone who has minimal electrical experience and it made the whole process much easier!

Ben, the owner of Advanced Electrical Repair, recently completed installation of electrical for my entire basement as part of a basement finish. This was everything including lighting, outlets, switches and running new circuits to my breaker and installing those.

He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I've worked with other contractors that just want to get the job done as quickly as possible, and will take any shortcut they can find to do so. Ben and his team do everything the right way, with really high quality parts and fixtures to boot! As a bonus, he was also really thoughtful about how to make my life as easy as possible, such as repositioning some of the existing outlets and lighting so I would have working lights and power available for all the other work in the basement until after inspection when he could come turn on the new circuits.

I highly recommend Ben and his team for any electrical needs, and they have very fair pricing as well!
