I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get a team of three assembled and at my place by Friday afternoon for a rental turnover. The turnaround and willingness to match my schedule was great!

Unfortunately, it was a Friday, late afternoon, and the team seemed like they were in a rush and that contributed to them missing things. I get it. It’s late in the day on a Friday. I would recommend the lead for the group perform a walk through at the end of the cleaning to avoid that in the future.

Vendor cancelled on me multiple times due to staffing issues. Say they’re in Monument but cleaners are super south Colo Springs. Don’t say you can service an area you don’t have staff that can. Unreliable and blames their staff when issues arise.

I used Sparklean for over a year. The girls who did the cleaning were great, but I had real issues with management, which was difficult to work with and often unprofessional.

My fridge is so clean I can see my reflection in it. These ladies did amazing. Everything is spotless. The back window I figured was permanently stained with dirt and grime and it is currently completely spotless. They got the floorboards and every corner and crack of everything.
