Reviews of local pros in Monument, Colorado

We couldn’t be happier with the work LJ and his team have done for our building. From start to finish, they are always professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every job was handled with care, attention to detail, and a clear commitment to doing things the right way!

We had LJ Reiner with Maximum Electrical Services handle all the wiring for our kitchen remodel, and he was just plain great to work with. Like any remodel, we hit a few bumps and add-ons along the way, but LJ took it all in stride and kept things running smoothly.

He’s honest, fair-priced, and really knows his stuff. Plus, he’s one of those people who shows up when he says he will and actually cares about doing the job right.

If you’re looking for a good, trustworthy electrician — the kind you’d gladly recommend to your friends and neighbor — give LJ a call. You won’t be disappointed!

LJ installed a heatlamp in our master bath. He does excellent work, is honest, fair and prompt. He kept us well informed throughout the process. I highly recommend his services and will use him again.

I highly recommend LJ and Maximum Electric. Very thorough and knowledgeable. LJ supported our workshop build and went above and beyond to ensure the electrical was sound in our new home.

If do you want things done right, call LJ. LJ Is a professional who knows what he’s doing. He tells you exactly what he’s going to do and then he comes out and does it and keeps you fully informed the whole way through. He’s fun and interesting to talk to and I wish everyone in the world was as organized as he is. For me, he installed some wonderful new lights to replace some Outdated dim lights I had before and very creatively and as a genius With the least amount of disruption installed a vehicle charger for me. For some reason, I don’t seem able to add a photo here, but I am very pleased with the result and Very highly recommend recommend LJ.

I would like to send a thank you to Lucas McFadden for his work and going above and beyond on the project.

The very best electricians in El Paso County!

Nice local supply house. Great customer service. All your basic needs

No answer, mailbox full, no web or email listed. Might be greatest electricians ever, but if they can’t be reached …

Keith and David were *GREAT* ... Being a real estate agent, I work with a number of electricians and these two guys were *exactly* what I want to refer to my clients. It just so happens that I trust them so much that I had them do work in my own home! THANK YOU Keith and David! I will be referring you to my friends, family and clients

I don't know how these guys get any new business. When calling the office, they forward you to a contracts manager who never answers his phone and whose voicemailbox is always full.

Josiah was both approachable and proficient, right from the get-go until completion. We are in the midst of remodeling a house we recently purchased in Monument; Josiah not only installed our hvac system for Comfort Zone Heating, Air & Electric, but also provided valuable guidance on overhauling our air ducts. I would recommend him for any hvac task!

contacting comfort zone heating, air & electric was a breeze, and they quickly arranged an appointment to suit my schedule. ruben arrived promptly in a clearly marked van, his professionalism shining through. he identified an issue with my ac system and resolved it in a single visit! i was truly satisfied with their service. should i encounter any ac problems in the future, i won't hesitate to call them again in monument.

josiah quickly responded to my request for an ac repair consultation. he was exceptional at diagnosing the problem and presented me with several options for my faulty air conditioning unit. before i knew it, the job was scheduled and edward, leading his team, arrived with a new, high-efficiency ac system. they were thorough and courteous throughout their work. edward took the time to explain how the new systems function and how to adjust the thermostat. from beginning to end, the entire experience in monument only took 4 hours. i'm grateful to have cool air circulating again on this sweltering summer day!

Our AC system had been malfunctioning for a month, and we eventually decided to call for a repair. Josiah arrived promptly, maintaining a professional and straightforward approach with us! He was skilled and knowledgeable in AC repair, providing guidance that helped us make an informed decision. We're absolutely pleased with the service in Monument.

my experience with comfort Zone Heating, Air & Electric was fantastic and i'm eager to share about it. edward and his team put in some serious work, dedicating two full days to install not only a new furnace but also a high efficiency A/C, a whole house humidifier, as well as a touchscreen communicating thermostat. on top of this, they added an electrostatic filter and seven new runs in the ductwork to new registers. they even extended the cool air return ductwork by 16ft, which has virtually eliminated the loud, disruptive noise we used to experience when the system was running. it's teams like edward's that we should be supporting!

I can't express enough how terrific this HVAC business is and how great Edward was! He was incredibly helpful and insightful. Even if you're concerned about possibly being taken advantage of by a business, this one is truly trustworthy. They provided me with various options on how to fix my A/C, and gave an honest assessment of the overall condition of my furnace and A/C in Monument. I was truly impressed with their service level. Amazing!

Edward visited our home to provide us with a quote for an A/C system installation a few weeks back. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing the specifics with him and asking all our queries, even the silly ones. We were highly impressed by his evident experience, technical expertise, and sense of humor. Even though his quote was slightly more than others, we believed that he had a much better understanding of the task and what would be best suited for our unique home and requirements. We quickly decided that this was the right HVAC company for us, and we're so thrilled we made that choice! Edward, Ruben and Josiah arrived punctually, right down to the second. What a great start to the project! They put down a drop cloth to avoid any mess and were more than willing to answer even more of our queries. The work was finished ahead of the estimated time (around 7 hours in total, including a thorough cleanup). Before leaving, Josiah took the time to explain how to operate the new wireless thermostat and showed us the purpose of the new components in our furnace room. What a fantastic experience. The utterly professional team did an outstanding job, and our house is now a comfortable 70 degrees. We've said goodbye to window units! We won't hesitate to contact this company for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

I totally appreciate Comfort Zone Heating, Air & Electric, a family-operated business. It's evident why they've been in the AC repair industry for a long period! Their customer service is second to none and the quality of their AC repair work is equally commendable. They've won my trust for all AC-related matters in Monument. Don't hesitate to reach out and give them an opportunity to serve you. I am certain that you too, like me, will become a lifetime believer and customer. Give Ruben or Edward a call - you won't be disappointed!

When our AC broke down, just as a heatwave was hitting, I reached out to a few different services. Edward from Comfort Zone Heating, Air & Electric offered the most comprehensive explanation about the different AC systems and potential setups. He managed to get technicians to our place in Monument the very next day, which was a relief as our bedroom was heating up to uncomfortable levels. Ruben and Josiah were professional and did an outstanding job! As a plumbing contractor, I've seen plenty of AC installations, but theirs was one of the most impressive ones I've ever seen. They carefully sealed all joints and seams, and all the wiring and venting was neatly arranged. They installed a system that's not just smarter, more efficient, and quieter, but also surprisingly easy to use. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Comfort Zone Heating, Air & Electric!
