They showed up on time and had all their tools and supplies with them. Bill brought 2 very intelligent assistants, they all worked together seamlessly, and i especially loved that they cleaned up after themselves, and ran the vacuum multiple times during the day so that the dust wouldn’t spread throughout the house. My water heater at the time was 2 years old, it was leaking. I called this company because this is who installed the water heater, when the plumber came out he said he didn't know why it broke but needed to be replaced. He said they would honor the warranty and it would cost 1100. 3 months later the new water heater stopped working. Bill came out and restarted the water heater and said he didn't know what went wrong and if it stopped again I would need to call the warranty company. That night the water heater turned off again. I emailed him to let him know it stopped and that the warranty company said they need to call to troubleshoot, he let me know if we come back out its 150. an hour. I feel like this company did not stand behind their work or product.
