Total ripoff! When I called, they told me it would be a $45 trip fee...totally fine. But, be warned, when they arrive, they say it's another $115 to diagnose the problem, and that it does not apply toward the repair cost. Okay. They determined I needed a new $20 "Y" valve, which was easily accessible above the washing machine. My husband would have changed it, but couldn't because he just had shoulder surgery. After making this quick change, they handed me a bill for $600. Crazy! I do not recommend this company. They took total advantage of me as a customer and I could see that he knew it when he handed me the invoice.

Bill responds quickly to your needs, and once even stayed to help with a different issue that popped up! Work is top quality and moved to help ASAP! My family has found "our plumber" for sure!

I have used this company more than once in the past to provide services to install a boiler system for a rental property of mine as well as services for my own residence to install a hot water recirculating pump and just recently replace the hot water heater. In all instances, Bill Havens was very open and transparent in reviewing all the options for equipment, lifespan, cost and warranty for me to choose from. Installation and standard of care has been top notch and have never had any return trips to revisit failed installation or equipment. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill was 100 out of 10. Went to take a shower and something in the faucet and valve broke and the water wouldn’t shut off. Called Bill and he was able to come out SAME DAY on a Saturday and get the whole thing fixed in under an hour. He does upfront pricing and had the best customer service. Bill from Freedom Plumbing did a great job replacing an old leaking spa tub with a new soaker tub! Not an easy small space to work but Bill and his helper Hermes worked hard , cleaned up daily, arrived on time, kept me up on progress. They were always pleasant and attentive. Just this last Saturday I was attempting to do my own DIY project, installing a new vanity. I have to shut off the water to the house. But come to find out my main water inlet valve to my home was not shutting off the water. I simply googled plumbers near me and sure enough in the Morrison area was Freedom Plumbing Corp. I spoke with a gentleman named Bill and guess who showed up at my house. Bill, he was communicative showed up on time and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked. He took care of the main line into the house, installed a new valve and my DIY project was once again moving forward. Thank you Bill for your prompt response and professional work. Oh and thank you for calling the next day to make sure I had no other issues.

Bill and his crew were on time and professional every step of the way. We had two areas where plumbing needed to be relocated and one area we needed the plumbing to be removed. In an old commercial building, all these things can be tricky. Lucky for us Freedom Plumbing took complete care of us with all our concerns and questions. I am a commercial account holder at home depot. For the last year I have noticed they seem to be purposely making returns difficult to force in-store credit activity. I'm tired of seeing the tactic.

Great part selection for mountain homes

Worst customer service! Took over an hour to get help with a front door install at the store, communication to set up the install was a joke. I had to take the day off for the install (because they apparently cant work past 2:00) just to find out they ordered the wrong door and they cant to the install now. Now they have to find a door and until that happens I cant schedule another appoint. WOW!

The store is ok but I have lost faith I their ability to choose third party vendors. I setup ssn appointment fur the $49 HVAC tuneup. This is the review posted with ARS / Rescue Rooter describing the experience:

The technician shown here (in the confirmation email) is not who showed up. This is how you represented yourself:
1) two cancellations two days in a row
2) after I cancelled the third appointment you still showed up
3) the technician was an hour early
4) the email announcing the technician arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time
5) the technician shown in the email was the wrong person

If you can't get a scheduled appointment correct I have little faith in your ability to perform a good HVAC service. I'm glad this went no further.

DO NOT buy A GE refrigerator & DO NOT buy it from Home Depot. Our refrigerator went out on Monday, mind you it was purchased in April of 2015. We luckily/unluckily purchased a warranty plan therefore or refrigerator was still cover for repairs. When contacting Home Depot they advised they do not do any of the servicing for repairs. They sourced out a repair to Crestone. After failing to show up for the appointment we contacted Crestone; only to find out they do not service our type of refrigerator. Home Depot never should have sourced out repairs to a company that can't service our type of refrigerator. Had we not been proactive in finding out why no one showed up, we would have never received any communication for the failed service. We then called Home Depot back and scheduled service through GE. The soonest GE can come out to make a repair is a week out. We will have been out a refrigerator for over a week due the in-competencies of warranty services between the two companies. In the meantime as a concession, we were offered a mini-refrigerator to use until the repair can be made. Unfortunately when we went to the store to pick it up the customer service counter could not find any notes on our situation. After 2 hours of having them try to reach the Home Depot Supervisors overseeing our case we left the store. After experiencing all of this, a warranty through either company is waste of money. And a product that goes out after 2 years is a waste of money.
