Always a great experience with this company. I have used them for restoration and roofing and they did not disappoint!

David Saenz the operations manager came out to our house to give us an estimate for completing the fireplace installation of marble/stone and squaring our bottom 3 stairs so we could complete the vinyl planking on our staircase. He sent us a quote right away but when I asked him to separate out the quote for the two separate jobs he didn’t respond. When my wife called to check the status David first lied and said that he didn’t see my email and then explained that if he hired them to do the two jobs separately that stairs would actually be $200 more. We would have likely hired them to do both jobs but since it was an all or nothing deal and they were unresponsive I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. I would not hire or feel comfortable working with a contractor that changes their estimate arbitrarily. In our experience talking to them is a waste of time since there are a lot of good companies out there that can do this kind of work

My basement flooded due to a leak from the waterline to the refrigerator in our upstairs kitchen. In a panic, we google searched help with flood damage and ERC came up first. They responded quickly which was a huge relief. They did a great job quickly mitigating the damage - removing damaged carpet, drywall, insulation, and drying out the space for repair. Repairing the damage did not go well. Carpet was not installed (stretched) properly, coming up, buckling, seams visible. Hardwood floor was repaired sloppy - stain all over all trim, walls, doors, appliances, etc. (didn't remove trim to sand/stain flooring). Had to re-do the hardwood floors after they finished due to dragging appliances back into place leaving scratches all over newly finished flooring. Communication was a struggle, would wait days for updates, not showing up when promised - often days later with no communication. Overall quality of repair was extremely poor. If I could go back, I would hire for mitigation only and find a different company to put the house back together.

it all started when my tenants noticed water on the floor behind toilet called a plumber and they said shower value was leaking, needed a restoration company to come in and clean up all the water, I called ERC restoration company they came in evaluated the damage, all the walls behind the shower were wet, tore out bathtub, floors, vanity, etc. Dried out the bathroom, laundry room and had it all back together in two weeks' time. since I had renters in there it was very important to get the damage repaired ASAP. Thank you, ERC, for your fast response and turnaround time. excellent work by the way Looks great

Dan does fantastic work. He quoted me via a photo text message and finished what could have been a two day job in one day. He covered a former swamp cooler hole and we can't even tell it used to be there.

Dan helped us with an urgent wall repair in our commercial building. He was prompt with returning our call and getting out. He really cares about his work— high quality and good follow-up to make sure it’s what we wanted. Will be calling him for future repairs!

We hired Dan to skim coat the walls of our two bedrooms and we are SO glad we did! The walls were really rough and almost looked like the exterior of a stucco house, they were so rough. He sent timelapse videos to us throughout the day which satisfied our excited curiosity about how they would look once they were smoothed out. He communicates quickly and efficiently (via text which we loved!) and took great care of our house as he worked. Payment is easy and while his bid did come in higher than others we had received, our lack of trust in contractors led us to follow our heart and go with the one we felt more confident in (Dan!). We are removing some walls in our kitchen and will then have him back to smooth out and repair the drywall in the rest of our old house. We can't wait for the rest of the house to look as good as our bedrooms now look! Thanks, Dan!

We are new to the Denver area and bought a home that need some work. We found numerous recommendations for Dan and his work. He put us on his schedule, a couple of days before he called as a reminder, and then gave us a time of his arrival and was there on the dot. His work is fantastic! He prepped the area, created very little mess, and clean up took no time at all. He was very respectful to our home. The job he did makes it look as though the new wall and doorway was always there. Dan will be part of any future drywall work we do.

You would be nuts not to hire Dan! We has a massive flood in our finished basement and had to flood cut most of the walls. I called around for a number of bids from both handyman services and drywall specific people. Dan was there within a week for a bid and started work within 2 weeks, his bid was lower than others and I felt much more comfortable with his knowledge and skill set. He completed work in a timely and professional manner and was great with communication. We are thrilled!

Jim helped us with some structural repairs/preventive work. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly after providing us with an initial quote. He worked quickly to get the project done on an efficient timeline while keeping us updated all along the way. He was fair and honest and helped us make the best decision for long-term success of the project. Definitely recommend him!
