R&S Sewer & Water repair a ruptured line to the street. Ricardo and his team were OUTSTANDING! Their price was very competitive, the service they provided was superb! Ricardo calmed my fears when I saw they had to cut the sprinkler line (which, of course, they repaired) and his team came back out when the soil settled, to make sure my front yard looked perfect. Ricardo inspected our entire residential drain as part of preventative maintenance. He found everything clean and in good working order, and as he progressed with the camera through the pipes, he described all the sewer connections. He recorded and provided the videos for download. He confirmed that no repair or cleaning was required.

He is well organized, prompt, personable and a good communicator about his arrival schedule. We will always call on him for all our needs.

Mariano and his crew recently installed two new heat pumps in our house, and we are very satisfied with the end result!

Our old AC systems were on their last legs, so we needed to replace both. We called 14 HVAC companies that serve the Boulder area and Teamworks Mechanical was the only one that had actual experience and knowledge installing Unico high-velocity systems.

Other companies tried to sell us systems that wouldn’t have worked with our existing Unico ductwork. Teamworks found the right Unico evaporator coils to replace our old ones, and the appropriate AHRI certified condensers that would work with our new coils.

Unlike most companies we called, Teamworks is not tied to a particular brand, so they were able to find us the best options and deal for our needs (we ended up going with Carrier heat pumps).

As with most home improvement projects, there were some unexpected challenges along the way. During installation, the crew discovered a leak in the existing line set. Mariano explained the issue thoroughly, picked up the necessary parts, and had a new line set installed by the next day. It also turned out that our new heat pumps required an upgrade to our electrical system. Teamworks brought in an electrician who installed new circuit breakers and high-gauge wiring the very next day.

Throughout it all Mariano was committed to ensuring our system was installed correctly and that we were 100% satisfied with the results.

If you’re looking for a reliable, owner-operated HVAC company that delivers results without the sales BS, I highly recommend Mariano and Teamworks Mechanical.

I have used this restoration company for my rentals and 2 of my personal homes. I was in a bad jam last year when my basement flooded and the project was done just as my family was arriving for thanksgiving ! I was stressed, but James Thomas made sure everything was on point and on time for hosting my family over the holidays.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Windows were not flashed correctly at install, and not fixed the second time. It took the third time and several explanations from the client what proper flashing looks like. Seems odd that the client has to educate the PM and window installer why the flashing isn't correct and doesn't meet code requirements.

Siding improperly installed and parapet damaged during install. Fresh water leaking through the ceiling. Windows and siding, are not an area of your home you would want done incorrectly.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. Not only does the Project manager, James Thomas, rarely show up to the job site....but when he does he is completely disconnected from the work being performed. Almost every aspect and every detail of this project went poorly, without exaggeration. And I truly believe that if we had an qualified/competent project manager, that this project would have actually went well. This company loves to not take any responsibility for their actions, but rather blame their subcontractors for any and all problems....subcontractors HIRED BY PMS! Please save yourself headaches and avoid hiring this company! There are way to many other options out there to settle with swidlers and shysters.

Absolutely an outstanding company to work with!! Brady is highly communicative and exceptionally skilled in connecting a wide variety of subcontractors for every and all kinds of projects. All of his subcontractors are extremely professional, highly skilled, and fairly priced.
Brady helped to coordinate the renovation of my home after a huge tree crashed on it a year ago. Every project including roof, gutters, drywall, HVAC, electrical, flooring, paint, and exterior porch/concrete were covered by Brady. Every aspect was completed on-time and on-budget, and the work was absolutely impeccable!!

The team at Project Management Services has taken excellent care of us the entire time we’ve owned our home. From major basement renovations to smaller routine projects, they have been reliable and done great work. Any time we have an emergency they are quick to respond and super reliable.
