I hire them to do an assessment of why the smell of a sad and unfortunate unattended dead in my building was not going away after several days. Andrew came right away. He is extremely knowledgeable and took all the necessary time to assess the situation and explain to me the details and options. Highly recommended.

They seemed very confident they could help with a cigarette smoke odor removal. I was skeptical the chlorine dioxide treatment would do much. Spent $1200 on the service with no noticable improvement. Have had dozens of people visit the home afterward and say it smells smokey. Very disappointed they wouldn't work with me on the price after having no effect. Recommend going elsewhere for odor removal services.

Andrew and the team did a fantastic job cleaning our house of rodent droppings. They went above and beyond, checking all of the nooks and crannies we had overlooked and handling it all with care and professionalism. I really can't thank them enough for giving us peace of mind in our home again.

Helped with an overwhelming house clean out project. The staff were incredibly efficient and understanding. The project manager kept in constant communication and went above and beyond to ensure the house was as cleaned out and sanitized as possible. The project manager also helped me get in contact with other companies to help deal with post-clean out issues. While I hope I never have to deal with something like this again, I now know who to trust and who to contact to clean out a house in bad condition! Highly recommended.

Andrew was amazing!!!! Literally saved my life this week! My niece got cdiff from an Africa trip and after she’d been sick at my house for a night we got the diagnosis of how sick she actually was and I found out my house wasn’t safe for me to bring my daughter home. I panicked and researched companies that could deal with this kind of infectious disease clean up. Andrew himself was great! Came 1 day later and fixed the entire situation! Price was just around what I expected and it was worth every penny! He made my house livable again. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and very kind with all of my psycho questions. The job itself didn’t take all that long but when he left I was extremely confident! Definitely a guy you want around in any biohazard or scary situation!! Thank you Andrew and stericlean!!!!

Upon discovering rodent infestation under the roof over our patio, we are extremely grateful to have had Steri-Clean Colorado transform the yucky-mess to Steri-Clean. Andrew is very: professional, knowledgeable, willing and able to answer all customer product questions, prompt, and focused on detailed customer requests. Working in a limited crawlspace, Andrew and Lewis tackled this difficult job providing complete contaminant protection while sealing-off entry points of rodents for hours. Steri-clean’s nontoxic disinfectant is even safe with my with chemical sensitivities. I have already had the opportunity to recommend them to a friend with the same confidence I recommend them to you.

Hire them. This company went above and beyond for me and my sister. We hired Steri-Clean to help us clear out our mother's house a few weeks after she passed away, but my mother's house was in quite a state since she was a hoarder. We were in a vulnerable state having just lost our mother, and we had a lot of shame wrapped around our mother being a hoarder. Andrew and his crew were so KIND, truly kind and walked us through everything at every stage and never acted judgmental towards the mountains of stuff our mother had. They had us write down a list of things we wanted them to look for and put aside. Not only did they find all the items we wanted, they made sure to pull aside related items that we forgot to list and found money our mom had stashed around. They don't just throw it all out, they actually go through everything and donate as much as possible. My sister and I live out of town and we had limited time to have the house cleared out but they calmed down every worry we had and they worked so hard to get it all done in time. What would have taken us months they got done in a few days! We had so much to deal with at the time but the one thing that went smoothly was working Steri-Clean. We are so so thankful! I can't recommend them enough!
