Andrew, Annmaire and the entire Steri-clean team are simply amazing! Our father passed away this summer and when we began the processes of clearing out the home he had lived in for 47 years we realized that we were in over our heads. Sadly, our Father struggled with a hoarding condition for the last 20 years and the challenge of cleaning out his house was very daunting. A friend referred us to Steri-Clean Colorado and we are so glad we contacted them.They accomplished in 3-days time what would have taken us 6 months to complete.They were very respectful and understanding of the situation.They took time while cleaning out the house to review items with us and ensure that nothing of importance was being discarded. They also assisted us with a sewer clean up in the basement ensuring that everything was sterilized and safe.We would absolutely recommend Steri-Clean for any challenging situations. They are simply the best!

This team did great on my home. My dogs tail busted at the tip and threw blood all over my walls, furniture, and floor. Cleaning blood isn’t the easiest task so I called Steri Clean. Was able to get to my home same day and had it done less than 2 hours. Hopefully never have to call them again lol.. But I recommend them to anyone that doesn’t want to clean anything bio. For what was really an emotional experience, the owners and crew at Steri-Clean were so kind and empathetic. They were very professional and respected my space and worked around me as I had to carry on with my regular work. They worked hard and did a great job. Great people. Great job.

This company transformed my life! They were so very respectful and kind at all times! And my crew was the absolute most hardworking crew I have ever seen! They took out over three decades of stuff! They dealt with my damaged carpets and even saved the carpet in my family room. They were extremely prompt, professional and communicated extremely well; walking me through the entire process with compassion and efficiency. I am beyond grateful!

Andrew and Ryan did a fantastic job getting the smoke odor out of a car and made sure that me and the dealership were satisfied before we sold the car. When they were done there was no noticeable smoke smell and our buyer was very satisfied. The price was extremely reasonable for the fantastic job that they did and we will surely return.

Ryan was awesome. Sensitive, dedicated and communicative - they couldn't have done a better job. We unfortunately found out first hand that there is a bedbug epidemic and Denver is #6 on the worst list. In a town home community, one of our residents got infested and having limited mobility and a lifetime of stuff...he needed some help. Ryan and his crew came in and helped him go through and purge a lot of stuff. They treated him respectfully and as a result, I think he got rid of more than he may have if the vibe had been different. Steri Clean hauled it all away keeping the bugs out of the community trash to limit the spread. They worked with us on everything from scheduling to the requirements that the exterminator provided. It was a good experience handling a difficult and sensitive situation. Thank you!

Ryan and Andrew were amazing! While dealing with a difficult situation cleaning a condo I own, they help with every aspect from carpet removal to deep cleaning. Ryan and Andrew were attentive and very easy to get ahold of. If your looking for an awesome cleaning service I would highly recommend them!

Ryan and his team were absolutely fantastic in cleaning out the apartment of a relative. They worked their tails off hauling furniture, clearing out closest and cabintets, and disinfecting a terrible living situation. Andrew, Ryan and the whole crew were great to work with. we had a large project across multiple properties and storage units and they worked with us to devise a plan, on our time schedule and budget. when on the project, the crew worked exhaustively and were very professional and honest (they returns tons of cash found in sorting through the hoarded houses!). The team was very efficient in their work - I don't know where we'd be today without their held in cleaning and sorting through the multiple hoarded properties we were left to deal with. I hope we never have occasion to need their services again but if we do I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Highly recommend!

If there was an option for 100 stars they'd get it. They were so quick and easy to deal with. I had a rat get into my garage and then die in the back corner. They came and helped me remove all the junk from that corner, cleaned my garage COMPLETELY including the top of lights/freezers/windows. They were so kind during the whole process and incredibly processional. I am honestly blown away how quick and easy it was to get my garage cleaned/sprayed down. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have a family member who lives alone and has had mobility issues for years which caused the cleanliness of their home to be severely neglected. The Steri-Clean Colorado team was able to help in a very short time-frame. The cleanup was professional and they did an amazing job! They were also kind and non-judgmental. I would highly recommend them for jobs that need a lot more care than just housekeeping.

WOW! I was already recommending friends use this company even before the end of the day they came out! FANTASTIC!

There are just some things in life that are both embarrassing AND have to be addressed right away. Having a bunch of mice move in is one of them! Within a few weeks we went from not noticing anything to our entire garage smelling terrible and prolific signs of mice. I had already trapped 25 mice before I found Steri-Clean. I had thought I would clean up the mess myself, but just the thought of diving in or having any idea where to start and how to make sure it was sanitized and safe for my family was so overwhelming I just couldn’t do it.

I reached out to Ryan who responded so quickly and had me set up the NEXT DAY! All the other companies I called were weeks out and so much more expensive, let alone not as friendly and responsive. His crew were kind, helpful, educated, informative, and most importantly didn’t make me feel terrible that my home had mice in it. I felt respected, seen, and soooooo thankful for the phenomenal job the crew did in a very short amount of time! As a small business owner myself, these are the kinds of people I would love to hire!

They also diagnosed a bigger problem than what I had seen and educated me on how to understand what was going on with the remaining rodent population in my garage so I could get it taken care of. They offered follow up services and upon my GLOWING recommendation my landlord is going to be using them to come and do more work in the coming week!

From what I’ve seen, you can’t go wrong with this company! They honor what they say and they do a great job!

Ryan and his team were amazing!! I was very worried about having people going through my things and throwing out something I might need or want. They were very understanding of that and helped ease my anxiety and always asked about something if they weren't sure on it. Kat and I had a couple great discussions and she really helped set my mind right. And they worked fast! They got way more done than I expected them to! I highly recommend these great people!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! We had mice take over our garage this fall and they did an amazing job of disinfecting and cleaning! I don’t know if it’s possible for a garage to smell good but it does! Everything looks amazing. I would highly, highly recommend!

Amazing crew. I've been dealing with medical issues making cleaning difficult. They gave me a quote and predicted four hours. They got it done in less than two and it's amazing. My place no longer smells like I've got pets. Everything is amazing. If you are needing help with hoarding or just a major clean to get back to baseline I highly recommend.
