They came out quickly when my water heater went out, replaced it quickly and well, and did a great job.

Subpar, did a horrible job running flex lines to our new renovation. Had no airflow and needed to hire another company come and fix the issue for significant cost.

This is the second time I have had GE Heating and Air out to my house. The first time was to do a full HVAC replacement. The second time was when my hot water heater went out, they came and replaced my hot water heater with a new tankless system. If you want a family own, and operated business this is company. Gilbert, and his family will treat you like you are part of his family.

Good communication work and price

We needed to have our furnace serviced. Chhun was very professional and efficient. Explained what the issue was and what he did to resolve it.

Chhun did an excellent job repairing and explaining our humidifier. Did the maintenance on the furnace. Cleaned up after his work.

Our basement flooded from old pipes and ruined the furnace. They were able to rip that rusty furnace out and put in a new one in just 2 days. They were fast and efficient.

Chhun and the GE crew have been great. We've used them over the years and found them very trustworthy. Other companies have provided some shoddy work, but GE always delivers great quality. They recently installed our heat pump and were so easy to work with. Thanks y'all!

The air return system on my HVAC ducts were in need of major help. The 1965 era ductwork design was bad. As part of a basement renovation, we decided to finally address the air return issue. GE did a fantastic job addressing the return issue and adding some new ductwork. Chunn and the crew were very attentive to my concerns. We worked out a very good solution. The final product looks great and functions great. I give Chunn and his crew an A+. I would certainly use GE again for future HVAC work at my house.

Chhun and his team showed up on time and got the bathroom exhaust fan in stalled in one afternoon. I would recommend GE Heating & Air conditioning to take care of you needs!

I was in need of extensive flue repair and Eli and Adrian did an outstanding job. We had 3 other contractors out to look at the job/give quotes and Eli and his team were the only ones to get on the roof and actually inspect the entire flue system to ensure an accurate estimate. Furthermore the bid was well below other contractors’ estimates despite my furnace system being very unorthodox/difficult to work on. Adrian, the sheet metal/ductwork expert, was extremely professional and showed up right on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC needs and I will be hiring them again closer to spring time to install multiple mini-spilts in my house. Thanks again!

First, ignore the negative review from the knucklehead and pay attention to the rest of the reviews.

I've spent 35 years as a General Contractor and commercial property developer in Indiana but needed to get a ductless mini-split installed in my Colorado mountain cabin. While doing renovations the last couple of years, I learned that most subs and tradespeople will not travel to the mountains. Having no relationships with HVAC contractors in Colorado, I was expecting a lot of difficulty securing someone who would not only travel to the mountains but do the work right.

Mostly by good fortune I found Elite's listing on Craigslist. (I told you I was desperate). Not only is Eli fully licensed in Colorado but he operates Elite like he wants your business and your repeat business. I am used to this sort of response when I have decades of history and am doing tons of projects with subs. This is possibly the only work Elite will do for me, but they were super responsive and made me feel like they valued my work.

They were prompt and thorough with all communications, came when scheduled, were pleasant to work around AND did a great job in the install. My only problem with Elite is that I can't use them back here in Indiana. What about it Eli - maybe a Midwest branch?

If I could give more stars for Elias and Elite Mechanical Services I would. Elias and his crew are professionals through and through. I know since I own a business as well and deal with many companies. The work they performed for me was extensive. They replaced an existing 2nd floor A/C unit as well as install a 5 ductless/split unit. They put 2 units in the 1st floor of the existing house and 3 in my new addition. If you are looking for someone to do your work I would stop now and call Elias right away. Not only professional but the nicest people you would ever meet.
