I called this company because my furnace stopped working. They booked an appointment for their technician to be at my house with in a couple of hours. They sent the nicest guy out to fix my furnace, his name is Fred. He was very professional patient and kind. He knew exactly what to do to get it back working. He did not charge me a lot of money. Anyone who is needing repairs on their furnace or air conditioning I highly recommend Quality Heating and Air Conditioning Company. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a repair person coming out to my home in a very long time.. Thank you QH&A

Fred Gottschalk performed a miracle with the furnace. He is by far the most knowledgeable HVAC professional I know to date. He knew everything about my furnace and replaced an old blower. The blower is far superior over the OEM one. I did the right thing choosing Fred!

Fred was very knowledgeable, he repaired an old rusted iron pipe that was part of the original house build. I thought the repair would be more costly than what Fred qouted me including parts and labor. Fred made the repair after 5pm, after getting the necessary parts and he was very clean because he put down a cloth on the bathroom floor while working. I would highly recommend Fred for service in the future and I will use Quality's services again in the future.

Extremely impressed with this company. Found them by chance through Google and we couldnt be happier. Bobby was honest, fair, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He even got along with our embarassing problem dog! We'll definitely be calling them again

Fred is great. Helped me figure out to get more heat/cooling to a room in the house that was finished and used to be the garage. Huge help and a great guy as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Didn't take long to fix my leaks from high pressure in my pipes. Freddie did a great job and will use him always. I fully trust quality doing all my needs.

The techs were friendly and generally helpful. But after their visit my furnace no longer worked at all instead of poorly, which they knew because a part stopped working when they reinstalled my blower fan and 2 replacement parts.
*After* they cleaned the blower wheel and replaced the flame sensor and igniter, the control board *no longer worked*. In their follow up notes to me, they DID NOT INDICATE IN THE NOTES that the control board worked before they started work, and DID NOT work after they put it all back together.
In addition, they DID NOT TELL US about the control board issue until AFTER accepting payment from my elderly father, which he would not have done if he’d known the furnace was in a worse state - not working - than it was before their visit.
So, free estimate visit, nice technicians who were willing to explain all the things, but some sketchy practices about recording issues for clients and accountability for errors.

In the process of selling our home and needed an inspection done as well as a breaker switched out. Fred and Bobby came out the next day, completed annual inspection and took care of the breaker. I will always highly recommend Quality Heating and Air.

I own a gym in Northglenn called Grinders Fitness. Go figure, on the coldest day of the year we get a gas leak in one of our ceiling mounted heaters. Called a few places and no one was available until Monday. That was not going to work for us especially with how cold it will be over the next couple of days. Quality Heating and Air was able to squeeze us in. Fred and Bobby were able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. They were extremely

Bobby and Fred were professional, personable, and honest. They arrived quickly and on time to replace my furnace gas valve and completed the job quickly without any pushy upsale attempts. I would use them for future jobs and recommend them to others.

My furnace went out on the coldest night we've had this season. I called Quality Heating and Air and they were here within a few hours, had the issue diagnosed and part ordered. Fred is such a professional! I got 3 bids for a new furnace and Fred was the only one to point out that the airflow to our existing furnace was not sufficient and that our old furnace was too big for our house. He took the time to answer all of our questions and it was obvious to us that he is a consumate professional. Honest, ethical, and not pushy. We are very happy with our new furnace, the price we paid and the work Quality did for us.

I called Quality Heating & Air after another company told me what they would charge for a doo-hickey replacement in my furnace to get it running again. I decided I wanted a second opinion. I have nothing bad to say about the other company, although they are known to be expensive. But Fred Gottschalk really impressed me. He did replace the doo-hickey for less … and it still wouldn’t work. After unexpected hours of his time it was clear that my 22-year old furnace had given up the ghost. What became clear during that time is that Fred is a true FURNACE NERD and that’s exactly who I want working on my heating and cooling systems!! He’s also a great great human and a great communicator. I highly recommend Quality Heating & Air. Also, with my new high-efficiency furnace my heating bill has dropped significantly. Thank you, Fred!

Fred and Bobby were excellent! They came out next day (for a non emergent issue) and were extremely thorough in their diagnostic process as well as being honest about necessary/recommended services. I never felt like they were upselling and they were incredibly fairly priced. Major bonus points for not being owned by private equity!!
