Jim was paid to do a sewer line repair at my home as we were having issues with backups in the basement. He came out, "repaired" the location that was supposed to be fixed, and was paid. I had a sewer line scope done a few months later (basic annual maintenance) and found out that not only had the repair not been done properly, there was an actual break of a few inches between the old section and the new section. There was visible dirt and obvious mud. I contacted them immediately and said there was a problem and it needed to be repaired properly. Jim cussed at me, and told me to never call him again. Eventually he came out again, fixed the issue, and then blocked my phone number.

Jim came out and replaced our sewer line, unclogged it and was supposed to repaid a leak to our tub. The sewer line repair was done very well and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the tub repair was underquoted and never fixed properly. I’ve had to contract a different plumber to repair the leak because Jim has become unresponsive. Unfortunately this company loses four stars for never getting back to us and having us go with someone else.
