I have used Jim now multiple times at multiple properties and he has "saved the day" multiple times. I work for a non-profit organization that owns six properties and at two of those we had plumbing related issues that we could not figure out. We have had multiple plumbers out who would take a look and then tell us everything it wasn't but would never help investigate further to actually identify the problem and then resolve it. Jim has done that multiple times now for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Jim was wonderful to work with. We are going through a home sale and had a few things that needed to be addressed. Jim was on time, explained things clearly, was efficient, transparent, and was just a genuinely nice guy. Would call this team again in a heartbeat.

Zero stars. Jim Ryan, the owner, completed some work for me a while back. I didn’t leave a review at the time because I was very unimpressed and had nothing good to say. I’m honestly surprised he is still in business. I recently found out from my neighbors that he was rude to them, was caught dumping unused and not contained liquid cement/concrete mix into their Denver trash bins, and fought with my neighbors when he was asked to stop. He argued and said, “We’re a small business.” My neighbors just told me now because they didn’t want to offend me, as we had just moved-in. As for my experience, Jim measured wrong for where he needed to dig, and he charged me an additional $2,000.00 to correct his error. Why I let him do that? I don’t know. I should have fired him right then and there. But he did treat me like I was a stupid woman. And probably laughed his way to the bank. Jim taught me good lessons on not being taken advantage of in the future. And his helper, who was never introduced to me, would jump my fence that I kept locked, for good reason, rather than asking to be let in. I hope they enjoy the more than $4,000.00 they didn’t earn. I went out on permanent disability and lost my job just before he started the work, and was on crutches, non-weight-bearing. He was aware of my situation. I needed that money for myself. They also left my patio a mess and the tiles all sunken. I will post a picture when the sun is up and I can get a good shot. I regret ever speaking to and hiring Jim Ryan. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking to hire someone.

Jim Ryan did a fantastic job installing new pipes for our kitchen laundry drain and installing a new toilet. Jim is very personable, honest, and takes pride in his work.
