We hired Pulse Home Services to install a tankless water heater this past spring and to replace our HVAC system last month, and we couldn’t be happier with both experiences.

Jordan and Connor did an excellent job on the tankless water heater installation—professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. For the HVAC replacement, Zach, Elijah, and the rest of the crew were fantastic and worked seamlessly as a team.

Briget in the main office is also wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Pulse Home Services provided competitive quotes, uses high-end equipment, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish.

I found Pulse Home Services on Thumbtack yesterday and got incredibly lucky with a same-day appointment with Orlando. The front office was immediately responsive and made scheduling seamless.

Orlando was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained electrical panel care clearly and walked me through flood light installation options.

We have had 2 excellent experiences with the Electricians at Pulse Home Services. Our first was with Nick, whose fantastic customer service, knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made us feel confident we finally found a company we would stick with for future issues. That sentiment was reaffirmed today when we had Temo out to address an unrelated issue. Temo not only completed the job efficiently and respectfully (cleaned up everything better than he found it!), he went so far above and beyond to help me with 2 totally unrelated issues in my home. Not only that, he took the time to educate me and equip me to troubleshoot problems in the future. What more could you ask for? The Pulse standard for customer service and expertise is unmatched. They both prioritized my convenience and comfort, educated me on how to care for my home, explained in detail for me to make informed decisions, and never once felt like they were trying to do anything beyond helping me address my concerns (vs. trying to sell me a product or service). Highly recommend.

Recently, our carbon monoxide/smoke detectors kept going off. We found out from the fire department that all (8) of them should have been replaced years ago.
They are all hardwired, so we attempted to find the same unit. After several trips to the hardware store, we still couldn't find the right replacements that we could just plug into the wires that were already in the ceiling.
After consulting AI, we decided to hire an electrician. I had reached out to Pulse Home Services for a quote on another job, but the company that came out before them told me it was a super easy fix, so I cancelled the appointment with Pulse.
I decided to give them a try with the smoke detectors since Bernadette was such a pleasure to work with when I was setting up the previous appointment. She was super nice and very responsive.
Kody came out to look at everything. He was actually early to the appointment, but called me before he came to make sure early was ok. He gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and then gave me a few options to pick from based on price.
I told him to go ahead and move forward and he said he could get it done within a couple of hours the same day, which was great! He went out and got all the replacement detectors, installed them and also took care of installing a surge protector in our electrical box as he said CO law has changed and if we sell we will have to have one installed.
He did a great job and he was done in the time he told me it would take. He was super friendly, professional, and he made sure to clean up after he finished.
I will definitely be calling this company again if I have any issues moving forward and I will ask for Kody!

I really can’t say enough good things about Pulse Home Services. They handled a significant amount of electrical work and some plumbing for me, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
Zach came over initially and put together a comprehensive plan for all the electrical work. Temo was the electrician who performed the work, and he did an amazing job. I also had Jordan come out to handle the plumbing, and he was excellent as well.
Everyone at the company is so nice and easy to talk to. They are incredibly communicative and accommodating when it comes to setting appointments, even when work had to be completed across different days. They were also great about coming back to fix things after the fact, which really shows they care about their customers. The pricing was very reasonable, and it genuinely feels like they go above and beyond to make you happy. Highly recommended!

Temo from Pulse Home Services provided excellent customer service. He updated our electrical panel and took the time to explain how important proper maintenance is. He also replaced a light fixture in our living room and changed out several light fixtures throughout the house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. We’re very happy with the service and highly recommend him!

Connor was great! He gave me good advice not only on my current furnace issue, but also with my A/C. He also did not try to upsell me at all. Straight up good guy!

My 26 year old water heater started to leak. I had a few contractors out to take a look. I opted to go with Pulse because Jordan offered a couple alternatives as well as offering a more complete replacement also changing out some old valves proactively while the system was out.

I took advantage of the Xcel rebate moving from gas to a hybrid electric water heater as one of the options Jordan provided. Jordan did the plumbing work and Nick took care of the electric. Overall, it was a great experience. Jordan and Nick were personable and thorough. The installation looks a performs at a high level. They obviously have a lot of pride in their work.

City inspector was out this morning and approved right away. Pulse is also taking care of submitting the rebate to Xcel. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure working with you.
