Richard with 1-800 Plumber came out to do a sewer scope on a property I’m currently involved in a real estate transaction on. He was so professional and was able to easily scope the line when the previous company claimed they couldn’t. He showed me the video and there were no obstructions like the previous company had claimed. This demonstrated to me that Richard was honest and not just trying to upsell another job. They were in time, professional and really saved me on this! Highly recommend!

Could not recommend the electrical service technicians here enough. I've had a great experience with everyone I've met at pulse. Kodey replaced several of my burnt outlets and they look much better than the old ones.

Conner was great! He’s probably the best hvac technician in the country his expertise in diagnostics and explaining the problem in words I could understand is truly amazing.

Pulse responded to my request for a quote almost immediately and had someone to my house within the hour. Kodey was very knowledgable, and offered a solution which will work great for the long term, while also being cost effective.

He took the time to explain what needed to happen and taught me more about my home. He also went out of his way to point out smaller projects that an amateur DIY'er like myself could take on.

Jordan was absolutely phenomenal! He got the work done quickly and correctly. He even fixed an issue with our kitchen sink that I’ve had multiple plumbers look at previously and they didn’t know how to correct it.

We needed plumbing services and their team went above and beyond. It was quite refreshing to experience top quality customer service in addition to the repairs. The technician explained Why we needed specific repairs and pointed out a few very dated plumbing areas that needed attention that had 22yr old original / discontinued parts. Preventive maintenance is important as well. Pulse Home Services will be #1 for us moving forward.

My furnace stopped working and Connor came out within the hour and had it up and running in no time. Great service! Will continue to use Pulse Home Services.

They gave advice without the feeling of trying to upsell the job. Have a couple projects coming up that we will be using them again.

The company responded very quickly to our service request, which we appreciated. However, pricing was not transparent—there was no clear breakdown of labor versus parts, which made it hard to understand what we were paying for.

The work itself was done well, but the cost felt extremely high. We paid $270 for a simple GFCI replacement. In hindsight, we regret not doing it ourselves, but we were concerned after hearing popping sounds and felt pressured to move forward without asking enough questions. We’re sharing the price here to encourage others to get multiple quotes before committing.

Kodey, the electrician, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and we have no complaints about his workmanship. That said, the service was not worth the price for us.

One additional issue: while they responded quickly, they arrived about two hours earlier than the scheduled window, which was very inconvenient given that we scheduled around our availability.

Overall, good quality work and a friendly technician, but the lack of pricing transparency, high cost, and scheduling issues make it hard for us to recommend without caution.

We found Pulse Home Services via the Thumbtack App. They were quick to respond and setup service. Kodey was our technician and was professional and communicative throughout the whole appointment. They added an electrical outlet behind our flatscreen as to hide the power cables and the job was done quick and clean! Cant recommend them enough!

If you are looking for professionals that are not only thorough but take you and your family's safety seriously, look no further. I was left in a lurch by another company and Pulse was able to come out the same day. Orlando walked me through every detail so I could make and informed decision. He worked with me to find an affordable solution to the VERY involved project that was amazingly completed the next day.
This alone is worth the five star review but they went above and beyond in an extraordinary way that sets Pulse Home Services apart from the rest. As the parent of a special need child, Temo and his assistant worked around my son's needs and made accommodations to insure his comfort. Pulse treated us like family and I am forever grateful for the kindness they showed.

Wonderful service from Pulse! Orlando came out and fixed our circuit breaker. He was super helpful and explained everything very well. Charged 200 bucks after Applewood tried to charge us 1800! Can’t speak highly enough. Great company will definitely use them again

Temo was awesome! He educated me on my breaker box where my dining room lights kept going out every few days, he switched it out. He hung up two new kitchen pendants which look great. He's incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Great experience all around and highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic. They responded immediately, were willing to get me on the schedule the same day, and were well below the other two quotes I had for the same job. Orlando came out and was friendly, energetic, and knew what he was doing. He also wasn’t afraid to call back to the owner of his company to double check his analysis of the circuitry. He and Josh set up my garage for all my 220v shop wiring and installed my EV charger. Everything thing works great, my only regret is that I wasted a month before calling these guys, I wish I’d known to just bring them in in the first place.

Kodey did some great work for me while he was visiting. Ended up wiring in a breaker panel in for me. Did very good work. I would recommend him to do work for anyone I know.

I had kody and Kieran come out to diagnosis why my kitchen outlets were not working. Found out it was a tripped gfi in the kitchen
Kody explained how to reset them. He taught me how to reset in the future plus explained how the breakers work in our panel! He was super professional and a scholar. I will be using pulse for all my hvac, plumbing and electrical needs. Thank you kody and Kieran
