If you need any plumbing issues taken care of, George @ GK Plumbing should be your first call. Excellent quality work, great communicators, hard workers, and VERY good prices. We just had our main sewer line under the house replaced and GK Plumbing was $3000 under what 3 other plumbing companies had bid out. The job took 3 days, and George and his crew worked to ensure we had water and toilet access from day one. They also took exceptional care to take care of our home while they were cutting out the concrete and disposing of debris from under the foundation. I feel like I hit the jackpot finding GK Plumbing. I’m definitely using them for all my plumbing needs.

George did excellent job on my plumbing in the crawl space. He was able to come out right away to fix the leak by installing new pipes. Highly recommended

George is great in his profession, does a clean job and everything he has worked on is great and never any issues. He's prompt and courteous. Worth every penny. His prices are reasonable!

My wife and I won't be taking cold showers in the midst of winter thanks to GK Plumbing installing a new hot water heater. They were totally professional and offered their services at a fair price. Totally delighted I selected them over all the other competition.

George made time to come by the house the Sunday after Thanksgiving, our water heater wasn't working and it was early afternoon. GK plumbing had a new water heater at our house in just a few hours and an installation was arranged for the next morning so we were only without hot water for a short time. Installation was professionally done. Highly recommend GK Plumbing!

Definitely recommend GK Plumbing. Had a water leak and toilet that needed to be resecured. After being overcharged and not too good of customer service from a previous company I looked in Google and found GK Plumbing with good reviews and local company. Good communication from 1st call all the way through the repair and billing. Estimate was very fair and reasonable and did not try to upsell things. Will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

I recently had one of the absolute worst experiences with two others companies to get our water heater replaced. After two days of these other companies dropping new water heaters on our driveway and trying to charge us 5000$ to replace, I found myself on the phone with 911 rooter and plumbing. I initially accidentally called 911 rooter because I was attempting to call and complain to one of the other horrible companies about the service they were providing and Angela was so nice that she let me finish my rant about Roto Rooter before clarifying whether I called the correct company, of which I didn’t. Regardless of how upset I was and the fact that she had nothing to do with my misery, she listened and attempted to help me in anyway she could. After eventually firing the other two companies and not having hot water for almost 3 days I called 911 rooter and plumbing back. Within just a few hours of that call they solved ALL of the problems and had hot water back in our house (the entire time they communicated information and updates, provided financing resources, and were honest in what they were telling us throughout the entire experience with them). It was such a great experience from start to finish working with them and truly at that point felt like a divine intervention that I gave them a hug for coming to help and fix the mess that was left by the other two companies. These people are amazing and an honest and hard working team. I never knew how different companies were for plumbing and other house issues until I had this experience. They are now our people for life after this!

I called on a Friday night due to a mishap while installing a new faucet. We had cross threaded the supply line to the faucet and it wouldn't secure tightly enough to not leak. They charged $150 for an emergency call (I was okay with that) and arrived on Sat. I knew I needed to switch out the supply line but I didn't know how. The plumber said it would cost about $1000 (!!!) and he would have to likely tear into the wall. He didn't even say there was anything wrong other than the cross threaded supply line. I showed him the door and called my father. He found a YouTube video on how to switch my supply line and it only cost $15 for the part. Once we had the part it took us about 20 min to fix it. Think twice about using this company! Either they don't know what they are doing or they are purposefully overcharging customers.

Thomas was a very professional in his customer service approach. He was able to run the diagnostic and troubleshoot the where the pipe was frozen quickly. I have no concerns with the services, the employees, or the solutions for preventative actions.

However, I believe pricing should be estimated to the minute taken to fully return services. In the circumstances of frozen waterpipes, the first hour is expensive and you may not need a full hour.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Maybe the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. After missing my appointment they could not even find me in their system, and I am still waiting on a refund from them after I had to then find another service. I guess I will have to call my bank this week and file a chargeback on the $150 deposit charge they take. They took zero responsibility for the mistake they made in missing the appointment and had zero care for correcting the issue. Apparently they have enough new customers coming into to not give a care, and that is unfortunate for people looking for quality service. Skip these guys and find a company that does better for their customers.

I called nine other sprinkler services and they were either not taking new clients or did not return my call.

When I called 911 they dispatched a technician and Patrick was here within the hour. Patrick was friendly and very professional. His work was impeccable. Highly recommend this company.

I hired 911 Rooter & Plumbing back in 2018 to fix 4 broken sprinkler valves and was charged $1,250. What they didn't tell me was that instead of properly fixing the valves by replacing them, they actually just rebuilt the inner components of the 30 year old housings. Skip forward to 2021 and all 4 valves now need to be replaced and they just quoted me another $2,400 with no discount or credit for the original work whatsoever. I never would have approved such an expensive temporary fix and now feel outright defrauded.

Given that the company does not stand behind their work and defrauds their customers, I would not recommend working with them unless you want to pay twice for the same job.

My outside spigot would not turn off the water just kept running. I called them and they they said it would be 150 dollar service fee. I its a Sunday i can see that. About 8 pm they finally got here spent a minute looking at it and said that would be $1400 total to fix it. They had financing. Seriously... we can buy the parts for like 40 bucks. Do not recommend. Charging everyone $150 a pop just to show up must be how they make most of their money.

The value of the way the company does business is just not there. While they did specify $150 fee for coming out, I felt incredibly used after the experience. I had issues with repairing a leaking pipe myself. The technician, while knowledgeable and super kind, said he would not be able to fix the way I was hoping it to be fixed, proposed an astronomical and asinine price for a permanent fix, but at the very least proposed ideas on a temporary fix. I thank him sincerely for this part. The company as a whole though, left a horrible taste in my mouth. Will not use them ever again.

The technician that came out was as friendly as could be. Unfortunately he charged me $350 to scope 10 feet of pipe from my easily accessed kitchen clean out, spent about 5-10 minutes on it and said it was too greasy to see much and then he was on his way. I’ve had a full sewer scope on an entire main line from another company for $125, so this felt like a total overcharge and it was not after hours or last minute. Not to mention when I booked this appt the woman said she couldn’t give me an estimate because only techs had access to that pricing. I should have seen the red flags then but by the time the tech came I needed the scope bad enough I just agreed to it. I appreciated the technicians candor and kindness, but will look elsewhere for the actual repairs that are needed.

They showed up within a few hours of calling for assistance, and our technician was super knowledgable and friendly. In fact, once he was done consulting on the gas line issue that we'd called him for, he also took some time to talk with me about my radiant heat system and other basic troubleshooting for the house. Really positive experience.

I really appreciated working with Bob for my plumbing needs. I had my pipes taken out and "fixed" by a different plumbing company about 2 years ago. However, the fix that was completed broke down over that time due to some missteps by that company. 911 Rooter & Plumbing cam in and fixed the issue while also providing a spray out service for me to help fix the pipes. This company responded quickly, had a great attitude, and fixed the issue. Furthermore, they offered to come out and do a free scope in 6 months to ensure that everything is holding up. One of the best interactions I have had with a company.

Called this company out because our main line clogged and they charged $100 just to come out. Then once they get there they say it’s $586 to clear it and when I mention the $100 places they say that they’re not good and I’ll have to have someone come back like these guys to fix it and after what I’m reading it shouldn’t be more than $200 for a drain clear out. Definitely seem to take advantage of people while in need. Getting ready to contact BBB today. They also won’t tell you any type of pricing not even a “it starts at” when making the appointment which was my first red flag.
