I am very pleased with Purple Mountain plumbing. I needed an old Delta shower faucet that was leaking & couldn’t be repaired, replaced. I decided to change out the bathroom sink faucet at the same time. To access the valve on the shower faucet they had to cut out a section of the sheetrock on the opposite side of the valve. Tanner & Mason showed up right on time & did a fantastic job of putting everything together & cleaned up nicely after they were done & they did it at a fair price. I will definitely be using them again.

The guys came out and were able to diagnose a problem that had me perplexed. I was about to start cutting drywall and tearing things apart but they showed me the small problem! These guys are personable, punctual and did great on this one! Way to go guys!

The owner Jacob was so kind and understanding of my struggles with our water heater, and his technician Tanner continued the trend, not just getting me reset but empowering me with knowledge in case of future concerns. I'm a customer for life, now! 😁 Well done, y'all!

Mason & Tanner were awesome! We were concerned about a toilet that didn't work properly when the washing machine was running. Instead of "coming up with" an issue to fix, they let us know it was not a clog but likely just a minor issue with construction of the home that didn't need fixing. So nice to get the truth. Very friendly. We will 100% use them again when needed. Highly recommend!

Easy initial communication, quick response and scheduling, quick and efficient service. Jacob knew what he was doing and explained what all was needed, and was done far quicker than I anticipated. No complaints and would happily have them perform work again!

The company was easy to schedule with, Mason and Tanner came out right on time to fix a cracked sprinkler backflow pipe, and they were done within 15 minutes; no games, no trying to mess with me on cost.
