A man came Thursday to repair our dryer. Did not perform a test just showed it was turning on. I go to use dryer and find no heat coming from dryer. My husband and I called more than 5 times a piece and left voicemails. It is now Tuesday of the following week and we haven’t heard anything back. Unresponsive, won’t contact us back to finish the repair.

Adam came by and quickly resolved our dishwasher problem. I will use him again if something else arises.

On the phone, he was able to discuss the problem of our concern and the possible causes and potential repairs, which was very helpful when trying to decide on a repairman. The cost was $65 for the trip and $75 for an hour of labor. He was clean and respectful when working in our home, and honest about suggested repairs and their necessity for a functional appliance. It was obvious he was not upselling, but rather looking out for our best interest. I would highly recommend.
