Mark and Jessica did an exceptional job with our kitchen renovation for our 1920s craftsman/bungalow! The work exceeded our expectations and we were so impressed the timeline was met (which is so rare with any renovation project). Mark tore down a non-load bearing wall to open up the kitchen and rounded the archway to keep the style of our home. He removed all old cabinets and countertops. Jessica worked to communicate with us and provided recommendations for new cabinets and countertops. All of our lighting and electrical work was updated by Mark. He installed dimmable can lights in ceiling and LED dimmable under cab lights. Mark added sheet rock to the ceiling to fix the unevenness and textured, painted, etc. ceiling and kitchen walls. We had a concrete wall with no room for electrical outlets, so Mark furred out the wall and added outlets. They cleaned the kitchen and surrounding room when demo was done! Jessica and Mark communicated with us throughout the entire process. The final walk-through allowed us to review all the completed items and go over the final invoice, which provided us with a comfortable understanding of the project. BRE, LLC is definitely all about customer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our end result! We will definitely use them in the future.

Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have a chargepoint home flex that was occasionally tripping a GFCI breaker due to the GFCI built into the charger. The issue was fixed in less than twenty minutes and I regret living with tripping issue for the last six months.

Mark is knowledgeable and professional. His guys replaced all of the electrical outlets in my new home (none were up to code), and they did the work well and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

The owner came to our home and provided an estimate within a few days of the request. The estimate was significantly lower than competitors. Some competitors said the work could not be done. He was able to schedule us within a week. The gentlemen who performed the work were professional, thorough and courteous. I'm not sure how they could've done better. I'm pleased and grateful.

Mark did a fantastic job replacing our old Federal Pacific electrical breaker panel and the electric meter with a lever by pass meter and rewired our gas fireplace to code,added four GFCI outlets, changed out 60 amp AC disconnect to a new one, and upgraded some wiring. He was very fair on his pricing and prompt and would call if he was running late even though he was driving up from Castle Pines to Westminster. I wouldn't hesitate to have him do other work.

Block Renovations and Electrical Service have done a number of projects for us over the last several years. I really appreciate how Mark Block listens to what we are looking for and is able to match our request with the finish product. He also makes sure what he installs is going to last. We have a could of lights were the electrical boxes were put in wrong or just starting to go. Mark put in replacement boxes to ensure the look and the safety of the lights. We will definitely call Block Renovations and Electric the next time we have an electric need.

I have had the worst time finding reliable tradespeople in Colorado. LOOK NO FURTHER! Block Electric was responsive, *gasp* showed up for the quote on time, *excuse me* and arrived EARLY to complete the project *swoon*. I found their rates to be reasonable for the scope of work and beyond reasonable for showing up when they said they would. The project I needed help with was so small, and with Block it truly felt like 'no project is too small' for their business. They even quoted me for a future project so I would know what to budget for when the time comes. I was so appreciative of their responsiveness and professionalism, I really can't say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone.

I got my charger installed alittle over a month ago but wanted to wait till i got the car to leave a review. so the engineer that came out was knowledgeable about the product he was installing and answered any questions i could think of. The installation was quick and painless even the bill didnt hurt that much :) the charger works as promised and expected and after the install there was no mess left for me to clean up. I would recommend Block should anyone need that!.

Mark's team is outstanding, we had a hot tub put in and they wired it up for us. They also put in new wall mounted lights all around the outside of our home, as well as a new spot lights for the backyard and deck areas.
