I had a great experience. The technician that i had was Joe. He explained everything to me. He was very polite. I was happy with Joe. And I was happy the way my carpet was done. It's still drying as of 12::15 am. He said that if i have any ..question feel free to reach out
with Stanley Steemers. Would like to have him again.

Technician Llukman arrived well within his window. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The job he did was outstanding, and we will certainly continue to use Stanley steamer in the future.

Llukman was right on time and did a great and efficient job on our carpets including a large area rug. Looks so good. He helped me with a quick furniture rearrange as well, which was very appreciated. I will definitely request to work with him again in the future. Very professional and kind person. I always appreciate the high-quality steam-clean effect from Stanley Steamer. Thank you! My biggest recommendation for the company is to offer more narrow arrival windows, so it’s easier to plan around.

Nolan was so friendly and easy to talk with about what we expected and wanted with our cleaning service (area rugs and hardwood floors). We are very pleased with the results and appreciated Nolan’s work! Call Stanley Steemer and you won’t be disappointed!

We hadn't had our air ducts cleaned in 12 years and Derek and Sergei did a wonderful job today. They were respectful of our home, putting up protective covers on our corners and window well where they had to bring through the hose. They made sure everything was cleaned up and replaced before leaving and we are satisfied with our freshly cleaned air system going into the winter months.

Chance spent about 12 hours cleaning carpeted Stairs, 2 large bedrooms, a very spotted u shape sectional, kitchen and 4 bathrooms tile on floor and counters as well as a front entry and mudroom. With the tile he also refreshed the grout.
When I noticed a few spots he had missed he returned and fixed them.
Chance was great to work with and did his utmost to provide a nice clean house. Thanks Chance!!!

I had Stanley steemer out bc my dog had thrown up on the sofa sectional and it smelled horrible. I couldn’t get the smell out myself, so the tech Michael arrived and he did an amazing job! Very professional and personable. I use Stanley steemer frequently and I will definitely be requesting Michael again!

Dakota was great! Very thorough and polite. Everything looked amazing considering what he had to work with. He cleaned every room that had carpet including stairs.

The techs were courteous and professional, they explained what they would be doing and answered all of my questions. They showed me before and after photos, it was an amazing difference. I feel like I can feel a difference in the airflow. This duct cleaning was part of a package deal with the purchase of a whole home air filter through U.S Mechanical. I don't know what it would have cost on it's own.

Yes Justin was excellent he came in found out what areas were needed for cleaning. And the results in each area was superb, completed in little or no time we were impressed. We are very satisfied. Keep up the good work Justin!!! Thank you

Nick was amazing. He discovered that my wood floor wasn’t able to get cleaned. I’m glad he tested it first and didn’t ruin my floors. He was very friendly and efficient.

Lower level carpet and stairs were showing wear and a few stains. Technician was able to restore carpet to respectable shape. He did a great job and we will definitely use this service again
