Janitorial reviews in Parker, Colorado

These guys are amazing. Nothing but good service, quality work, and great communication. We have worked with Verspace Cleaning on a few jobs and are now my preferred commercial cleaning company and new vendor to add to my vendor list. We have referred them to multiple customers of my own and have had nothing but good feedback. If your looking for a good quality company these are the guys.

We have known Karl for many years. He always is very considerate and professional and does a great job!

Karl and the CCS crew are nothing short of OUTSTANDING! They came in and got our office and lab space looking clean, fresh, and back up to par after failed attempts by another company. Our team enjoys walking in on Monday mornings to their top-notch attention to detail, quality of work, and professionalism. I could not recommend them more! Thank you, CCS!!

Karl runs a great business, would highly recommend to any and all looking for commercial cleaning services.

Karl and the folks at Capital Cleaning Systems have worked on several commercial jobs for our company over the past four years. They have always delivered consistently quality results. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great company in the commercial cleaning space. Absolutely 5 stars!!

I had a great experience working with Karl. He was super easy to communicate with—always quick to respond and kept me in the loop the whole time. You can tell Capitol Cleaning really takes pride in being reliable and doing a great job. They showed up when they said they would and followed through on everything we discussed. I’d definitely recommend Capitol Cleaning if you’re looking for someone dependable and professional.

I recommend this growing company . I needed some move in cleaning services to be done and with the little time I had they were quick to respond to my call and showed up on time with a great attitude and ready to work ! it was beyond my expectation of cleanliness the price was fair for the amount of work there was to be done and there was alot ! I would do business again.

I hired Freshly Finished Cleaning Service for a clean out on a rental. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of cleaning. Everything I expected to be cleaned was spotless and many areas I wasn't expecting were also taken care of. I highly recommend their services.
