Our Castle Rock townhome community had originally signed a contract with a predatory local roofing company. My State Farm agent recommended we board members get another estimate from Daniel at 5280 CCS who she had worked with and touted as a highly skilled and honest roofer. (At the time, I had begun to think "honest roofer" was an oxymoron). The owner, Daniel, came out and met with me, inspected the roofs and earned my confidence and trust very quickly since his integrity was obvious to me right away. Throughout the process, Daniel was patient, compassionate and positive. He went above and beyond to help us get out of the predicament we were in and his prices were dramatically less than the other roofer. From the scheduling of the project to working around other construction happening within our community, to communication with the residents and board, and everything in between, 5280's work was prompt, reliable and impeccable. We will without a doubt be recommending 5280 Creative Construction Solutions to others and if the need arises, will certainly be using them in the future. If you are seeking a competent, honest, professional roofer for any size project, you will not regret hiring this company.
