We used Majic Carpet MD to clean our living room, stairs, and master bedroom and they were so quick and responsive. We have a carpet cleaner that we use for pet accidents and some stains were just too tough to get out. After our cleaning, they were gone! Affordable price for great service and quality. We will be using their services for years to come.

Overpriced. 4 hours late. Poor communication. Did not do the work thoroughly. Did not bother to move light furniture around. So some areas were never cleaned. I know because the food stain was still there and reachable without moving furniture. Marked my brand new baseboards I had to repaint before my open house. I am so exhausted with prepping to sell the house I did not have the energy to complain. But then came the bill….
Manage to bill me the wrong amount I had to call to adjust. Then get the bill yesterday, I go to pay it today with a late fee surprise of 4.27%. Here is the kicker the audacity to ask for a tip! Never again. Stay away I let my realtor know as this is a poor business for her as well.

I had Advanced Cleaning System steam clean three of my couches, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. They were very professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. Randy and Anthony are the best my carpets where horrible and they came and made them look almost brand new and the carpet is 10 years old and I don't know what they used but they took that nasty power smell out of my carpet thank you guys

My initial appointment was rescheduled because of the rain. But they came in the next day and did the job supper fast and efficiently. It did rain on the guys and I felt so bad, but luckily it was when they were finishing and they kept a good attitude. Definitely will call them again for future cleanings. Thank yall so much!!!
