I received a marketing text. I responded a period of time later asking for a quote when I was told I’d receive contact from an employee to obtain the quote. Never heard anything then I text at least a month later stating I never received contact. Not once did anyone recognize the lack of customer service when I contacted the second time about the quote I never received a month earlier. I won’t utilize this company due to poor lack of customer service. Be kind & doing right by customers or potential goes a long way.

Owner thinks it appropriate to threaten and use foul language with customers if you complain about incompetent service. There were so many issues with this service.

These folks business peactices are as dirty as they keep the van.

I don't take kindly to being threatened and I will not be intimidated.

An objective review of Advance Cleaning Systems...

I made a carpet cleaning appointment for between 9-9:30am. At 10am, I called to see where they were. I was told they "got a call for a crime scene cleanup and were running late". They showed up at 11:30am. The two gentlemen doing the cleaning were very pleasant. They started their service by emptying the dirty water tanks from their previous cleaning onto our driveway and sidewalk. They entered the house and started spraying a solution on all of the carpets. The house had been vacant for a couple of months so there were TONS of dead insects along almost every baseboard. My assumption was that a dry vacuum would be completed prior to shampooing the carpets. I was wrong, and when they finished the job, the insects still remained on the carpet, VERY visible from across the room. They departed and I called the company to discuss my findings. The manager that answered was generous enough to offer to come out and take a look the following day at the situation. My husband met him at the home. The manager asked my husband if the vacuum (our vacuum) that was sitting out worked, and that he would be using that to come back the following day to vacuum the insects, but that "he normally charges an additional $100 to do so". I decided it wasn't work the hassle of having him come back and that I would just do it myself. I called the manager once again to discuss my concerns with vacuuming not being part of the job and how he mentioned it was an "additional fee". He was very argumentative. He and I went in circles for longer than I had time for. I said to him "we apparently are not getting anywhere, so I will be leaving an honest review of my experience on Google". He then threated me by stating "this is a recorded phone call and I will be taking you to court". Sir, I hope you have your "recorded phone call" and can attach it to this review.
Google Rating ZERO stars due to the extremely poor customer service.

The team at Advanced cleaning systems are absolutely awesome. Quick and easy booking, showed up on time and did great work in little time. Their prices are unmatched and I’ll be recommending this company and Team to all of my co-workers and friends.

The worker was an hour late, and didn’t even spend the time to clean the carpet. Clearly you can see the difference as we moved the couch and where the traffic is and where the couch was, it doesn’t even look or feel like he sucked up the solution. The carpets are soaked still almost 3 hours later and feel sticky. The scent he layed down was so strong my kids and I were coughing and the worker didnt even tell me he was done. So disappointed, reached out to Kevin to explain the frustration and not a single reaponse or resolution was made. 0/10 recommendation and will post this on everything I see them post or advertise on all social media groups.

The staff have been great from beginning to end. They worked with our schedule and changes that occurred. The cleaners were really nice and did a thorough job.

I scheduled a deep clean and I was very happy with the results. It is not the most comfortable thing to have a "stranger" in your home, but Valerie and her husband were very friendly and personable and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I will not hesitate to use them again. Coming home to my thoroughly cleaned home was the best feeling.

The ladies did a great deep cleaning for our pre move house. Attention to detail was thorough, small important things you don't think about were cleaned leaving a good deep clean. They were courteous and professional and even stayed to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Joyce and her team were absolutely amazing. They left my house a billion and half time better than it has ever been. I couldn't believe how much they accomplished in just a few short hours. They easily saved me at least 60 hours of work and saved my sanity. I'm normally a penny pincher and these gals were worth every cent!

I had the pleasure of having the owner Valerie come to my home and do something a little unconventional and give me a cleaning lesson so I can be more efficient at cleaning and maintaining my own home. I’m so glad she agreed to help me. I can tell she has her heart and soul in her Buisness and takes pride in it. She is former army as a bonus in supporting our veterans. She was very professional, efficient, detail oriented, friendly, and trustworthy. If I ever needed someone to clean my own home I would have her back in a heartbeat. I really enjoyed her! The products she recommended that you can easily get on Amazon or at Walmart etc. made cleaning much easier. She even puts fancy little folded designs as a detail on the toilet paper. She was wonderful! It was so fun! I would highly recommend her.
