Jason did an excellent job and was very courteous. He texted when he was on the way, he showed up with in the time window agreed upon, he was extremely kind and professional, and he performed the repair quickly. I will definitely be calling him for the rest of our repairs. His business has integrity that’s hard to find these days, 10/10 recommend.

Jason was very informative and professional. He went to great effort to assist us and fix our washer. He was very honest when we ended up having to replace our washer. He always answers back ASAP and usually that’s within the hour. I’m very impressed and I will be calling on this company again for other appliances.

Jason did an awesome job fixing my dryer. And what an incredible human, so personable and honest. I promise you are all gonna need an appliance repair because they just don't make anything well anymore, Jason is hands down your guy. And his prices are reasonable.

Had my GE refrigerator go out. This business fit me into their schedule,ordered my part overnight and had me up and running. Jason brought his apprentice Jax who is learning the trade and she was awesome with the repair. Let me also say this company is 100% with working with and training our Autism community to learn a trade. Fair pricing,great communication and on time. Highly recommend Jason and his team.

I noticed my refrigerator wasn’t working at 6 pm on a Friday night and called Alliance, surprised to see that they were not only still open, but also in Falcon and only a mile from my house. Within a 10 min of calling, the owner himself arrived at my house. He then diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed part within half an hour. His rate was very fair. The refrigerator is now working fine again, saving me a couple thousand bucks to replace the unit, in addition to my food. Thanks so much. Highly recommend!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Jason and Appliance Titan! He was prompt to get back to me about my broken fridge and schedule an appointment to fix it. He then shot straight with me about it and helped fix several problems it had - all in an affordable and professional way. He has really gone over and beyond and deserves your business!

Jason is very laid-back and upbeat with a positive attitude. I like that he is thoughtful and considerate of his clients. I liked the honest opinion and when it came to my quote for a repair on a washer and a dryer and he let me know if it was worth Fixing or not, and gave me the option to choose what to do and where I could save money. Definitely my go to appliance repair tech for sure in the future.

Jason gave an honest assessment of our issue and gave us great advice on how to go forward from where we were. Great guy, very experienced in his field and worth the time. When we have another issue, we will call Jason with Appliance Titan.

Jason seems nice and knowledgeable. I requested he investigate why my samsung refrigerator was faulty in March 2025. He spent 20 minutes in my home and told me the main assembly circuit board was the cause. I trusted his opinion and he collected a deposit for the part, informing me it could take up to 3 months to acquire the part because samsung is "notoriously difficult" to acquire new parts from.
2 months into patiently waiting I casually contacted him. he said that he expected the part in within another 2 weeks and that he would call and schedule to replace it within a week after that.
After hearing nothing from Jason until almost 3 months into waiting for this part to come in I had to reach out again. Several days later Jason said he was heading to the parts store to check on the delivery of the part and mentioned he would call in the evening. After not calling I reached out to him again. No response.
Finally Jason decided that he would quit. He informed me he was going to give me a refund on June 2nd. I was curious so I took to the internet. I not only very easily found the specific circuit board required for my refrigerator (directly from the official samsung parts distributor), but I have since (6/6) had it delivered to my house before Jason was able to for some reason hand deliver my refund to my house on the upcoming weekend. I replaced the board (which is quite easy) and lo and behold it does not solve the problem.
Based on my experience and reading the other reviews I believe Jason is quite lazy. I get the sense that if he cannot do a job within a couple days he dishonorably decides to string his customers along, lying to them that he is doing something when in fact he has completely forgotten about the work entirely. He moves on to other customers for which he can collect income in the short term.
All I can say is that I am disappointed. Based on his other stellar review history and my initial interaction with him I was hopeful he would be able to solve my issue. I learned quite the opposite. If you are looking at a service technician and read this comment, be forewarned that if Jason cannot fix it the same day, you may be doomed to my similar frustrating fate.

The guy was really nice and he came to look at my fridge the same day which I appreciate! But I paid $95 for him to look at my fridge for 2 minutes and quote me $380 for repair (which he would have taken the 95 off of if I decided to use him). He kind of explained what was wrong but also made it sound more extreme than it actually was. He told me I could text him with any questions and so I tried to ask him for a part number to see if I could fix it myself but he did not respond. Just off of what he explained I figured out it was the internal fan. He wanted $188 deposit for parts and wouldn't be able to fix it until Tuesday (he looked at it on a Friday). I ended up ordering a $40 fan on Amazon that got here overnight and fixed the issue myself in 30 mins.. He was even going to allow me to purchase a new unit! Over a $40 part!!!
It is so hard to find honest people these days who actually care more about helping others than making as much money as possible! I think $100 for 2 minutes was plenty for simple advice and a part number! He even went on a rant about how expensive appliances are these days and that they always break, and he gets 12 calls per day! So, I know he's getting plenty of business.. This is why I opt for DIY any chance I get! I understand we're all just trying to make it out here. But dang!

Jason is very laid-back and has a positive attitude towards anything that is appliance related that needs to be addressed. He came to my house a couple of times on different appliances that had to be repaired. When he diagnosed the issue of the appliance, he was straight forward with the cost factors and everything else that was needed to be done. By hands down he is the best guy in town to call to get any appliance repair done. I will recommend him to call over anyone else in Colorado Springs.

After calling around and having no luck with availability, I said a prayer asking for same day service! Jason not only answered my same day prayer it turned out to be a simple fix! Jason is nothing but efficient at his job and makes it cost effective for his client. He makes a quick diagnosis for you and brings you in on the full details of what's going on - no BS! He even gave us a solid recommendation for our dryer - we use an indoor dryer vent kit filter bucket now. We had an issue with our gas range spark ignitor not turning off. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated small business. It turned out to be minor, moisture problem that Jason fully explained and was corrected Very professional, and we appreciated the company being local and the response time was excellent.

We bought a new home wired by AN'M ELECTRICAL HAD PROBLEMS with breakers popping and was told that we needed a dedicated circuit without even looking but the circuit I tested is on a dedicated circuit. My wife had him on speaker phone as he talked down to her. I guess he thought nobody else was listening. Jeremy was informed of problems with circuit on microwave popping all the time ,TV breaker, utility room blowing all the time. This is a new home that wired by them! I never got a chance to tell him about the other problems because I was so angry that this day and age someone would try and take advantage of a woman. Feeding her a line of BS and he did not like me calling him on it. Don't count on warranty with these guys !

I needed some work done in our basement and I was referred to AN'M Electric. I am very pleased with the quality of work they did. The owner and his crew were very professional and had everything done in a timely matter. If I had any questions the owner was very responsive and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends!

I had several Electrical projects that needed to be done in my home. After lots of researching a coworker recommended AN'M Electric. He wired her new home and said he was great. I decided to give him a call. From day one I was so happy I did! The owner is Awesome. I love his work! He went above and beyond to help me out.
