Called in the morning and got same day service. Cody, a very personable and knowledgeable guy got my problem fixed up in no time. Didn’t try to upsell me and in fact, after I told him I might be moving in a year or two said he wouldn’t even replace the blower although it seemed a little weak. Also found the humidifier problem and fixed that too. All in all a great experience with a reasonable cost. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Thanks Falcon and Co

Very respectful service and definitely know what they're doing and are honest with you about your issues. They don't try to push you to pay for something you don't need and don't lie to you about your issues. I had a different company come look at my AC issues before these guys, and the other guy said I needed new king valves at minimum, if not a whole new system because of concerns with the outdoor leak letting stuff inside the system. So I had Falcon Heating and Cooling come check it out too, and they found that the valve caps were actually just loose and the valves looked plenty fine. They didn't see any other concerns, so they tightened the valve caps, verified that I didn't have a leak and refilled my refrigerant, saving me tons of money and stress. Also, very reasonable prices.

I have been using their services for about 7 years now and they actually replaced my HVAC system in my home. Not long after I bought my house and I was so impressed with them. They are on time. They are honest. They do everything they say they're going to do and they never leave a mess. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone and I have.

I had a very frustrating experience. The technician cleaned my furnace but never explained how much the service would cost beforehand. Once the job was done and the technicians left, I was presented with a $500 bill over the phone for vacuuming my furnace. This was a simple remove 10 screws, pull the blower fan and vacuum the inside. No new parts were bought or installed.

This feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers deserve to know pricing before agreeing to any work. I would never have agreed to pay $500 for this labor. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. Although they did offer a military discount, this price is a lot higher than I would be okay with for a furnace servicing.

Bottom line: ask for pricing before you get service because they won’t tell you, and you might get blind sided with an enormous bill.

I received a prompt response to my inquiry, and we had an appointment booked right away, which was greatly appreciated, as the furnace was having issues right when it got cold! Cody did a fantastic job explaining the issue, laying out the pricing, and getting things fixed efficiently and quickly. Mary in the office was a great help as well. We are very happy with the friendly, thorough, and fast service! Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service. Family ran company. Our furnace had been out, Wirenut quoted us 3500 for repairs or 7000 for a new furnace (ours is 23 years old). The people with Falcon Heating came over and replaced an ignitor for 256$. Turns out that we needed another part (wrong ignitor it popped) same tech came back out and helped us for free. 3 months later shes still hanging on.. maybe one more winter? Thanks again, Would recommend.

Wow! Mary, Cody and the team are awesome. My furnace went out, and Mary was able to get us on the schedule asap, Cody was in and out in an hour and the ole furnace us up and running great. No furnace replacement, no BS,no trying to sell me a new furnace. They are one of the best, good prices and great service!
