Excellent service received today from Gold Star heating and air, our technician Cayde explained everything that he was doing to our A/C unit, he was also extremely polite. Overall Gold Star service.

We’ve had our home serviced by Gold Star Heating twice since we’ve lived in our home, once for a repair and the most recent for HVAC cleaning and to service the furnace. Both times Cayde (and Connor) was on time, friendly, professional, considerate, and helpful. They made quick and thorough work of the job to be done both times and remembered us from the last time we had him come out. He also helped us save some money where he could, making their services affordable, especially along with the quality of service provided. I 100% recommend Gold Star Heating for any of your HVAC needs!

Cayde and his team gave us great service. our furnace went out on a cold day at our office. They were able to find the issue and have the repairs completed in a timely manor on the same day.

Absolutely love this company! The service man had a TON of knowledge and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough and included before and after photos of his work. Super easy to work with and very patient. I really appreciate his consideration and thoughtfulness. He did an amazing job cleaning my furniture, and coil, and replacing parts. Not only did he tell me what may have led to the issue, he fixed the issue. If you want a knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy heater guy, I would 100% recommend working with this company😊

We woke up this morning with a very noisy furnace. We called Gold Star about 9am and they were here before 11. It was a bad blower motor. They gave us prices for motor and were able to get one. They went after it and was back and had it replaced by 1:30. This was great as we were having sub zero temperatures. I doubt the old motor would have lasted the day as it was really screeching. The gentlemen were respectful of our home and very professional. Our dog even approved.

You're not going to find a better HVAC company, there's no need to look! As a project manager, I have worked with Gold Star Heating & Air 100+ times. I've never had a single bad experience with them. Service is always prompt, thorough, well priced, high quality, on schedule, and professional. They stand behind their work and deliver quality service. Everything is done by the book and worry free. I have used their services in my own house as well as all of my projects. I will recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work.

I cannot say enough great things about Gold Star’s work and service. They installed a HVAC for me and gave me different options with price points so I could decide what worked best for my house/budget. They completed the work quickly and for a very fair price. Cayde was always on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I later had a heating issue that was related to plumbing and NOT the HVAC… Cayde still came back multiple times on short notice to reset the system and ensure the entire system was working properly. 10/10 high quality work and customer service.
