This will be the only company I use for heating and air. I had a brand new Rheem heating and air condition unit installed 2020 by another company and wasn’t happy with their company. Was referred to Springs Savings from 2 neighbors that both had new units installed and were extremely satisfied, and happy I called them. They’re very responsive, effective, friendly and a keen eye for trouble shooting!

This company went above and beyond to help me get my air conditioner repaired. I have a home warranty company who were absolute nightmares to work with. Pam and Donny were wonderful in spite of the difficulties they encountered and never gave up on my behalf. I would never want to work with another company, and recommend them without reservation.

Updated Review: they broke our AC by either overfilling the coolant or using the wrong kind because 2 days later it was fried. Could not contact them so we had to come out of pocket for a brand new unit from a different company due to their negligence. Frustrating to say the least.

Had them out twice to repair our AC unit. Second time out they were great - the repair person was amazing, however, our unit still isn't working. My issue is with their responsiveness - I have called a BUNCH as well as my home warranty company - and no answer, no call back, etc. We WERE going to use this company for an install on an additional unit but with this lack of response, I'm thinking we will probably use a different company. All I'm asking for is a call-back. Thank you! And Donny - KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!! You were a pleasure to work with and you were FANTASTIC at answering all of our questions!!

Other companies came and just wanted to sell me a new ac unit and furnace. These guys were honest and reliable. They came out and fixed up my ac unit and it works great! Very thankful for good companies like this!! I will use these guys every time!!

I've been using this company for several years and have always been very satisfied with them. First time was on an existing home that needed to have A/C installed. It was "prepped" when it was built about 15 years prior and what was right then wasn't quite right when we needed it. No matter, Donnie stayed and did what needed to be done.

Next time was a new build in 2020. I had at least 4 bids and not only was theirs the lowest, they were also quoting a larger system. And an excellent brand at that.

I highly recommend this small, family owned business.

It would be hard to find a better HVAC company. Donny and his son replaced our 20 year old furnace and central A/C in less than a day, for a price that was considerably lower than most all of the other bids we received They were polite, friendly, and hard working. They cleaned up the work areas and removed all the old equipment.

First time using this company, and it was a great experience! We just got a free estimate from Donny and he was so helpful! Such a down to earth, kind guy who stayed with us for about an hour to talk through different possible options for adding heat to our basement. He gave us needed referrals and personal tips on cleaning our furnace. Never felt pressured at any point for business purposes. How refreshing! We will continue to use this business moving forward. I was recommended to this company by Elite Service Electrician and he saved me over $3,000 back in April. We just moved into our home, and while we were having our floors replaced the dust clogged up the furnace. Donny was the 3rd person to come look at it and he had it fixed in about 30 mins. The other 2 companies wanted to replace parts which was outrageous pricing. It's now been 6 months and we haven't had any issues.

First time to use this company. Received a call back quickly, Donny showed up within 2 hours of me calling after a cold night. He was able to pinpoint what happened, discussed a few options and things to look for if it happened again. Great locally owned, family business who is willing to work thru issues without trying to upsell on unnecessary parts or replacement. Thanks!

Best HVAC company in the Springs. They were able to get out to my property in a short amount of time and diagnose the problem quickly. I received quotes from other companies that were way higher. Donny does a great job of explaining the problem and finding the best solution. I never feel like I am being sold on upgrades or useless add-ons.

My hot water heater kicked the bucket right after buying my new home. I was not familiar with any services in the area. Found them Via Google. Donny was super nice and told me the good news and bad news. He explained everything super well and helped me out with what new part I needed. When the new part came in I got a next day installation appointment!

My wife and I had a GREAT experience with Home Comfort Heating & Air. Vernon installed a 2Ton Sure Comfort Condensing unit for our single wide home. We are so happy to finally have A/C to conquer the hot summer that will be here in the coming months. The price was fantastic. Vernon does excellent work. He is very meticulous with his work and made us feel very comfortable with him in our home. The office also was great with communication which we highly appreciate with our busy day to day schedule. Have used Home Comfort for years. Vern and his team do excellent work. I live on the northwest side of Colorado Springs and Vern took care of my air conditioner that would not engage. I also had him install a gas line to the balcony for grill and backup generator. He does quality work and knows what he is doing. I have a couple other projects I will be using him in my basement refinishing.

The team at home comfort heating and air did a great job on installing my new unit. They were on time the cleanup was fantastic. I’m very pleased. They did everything. They said they would do.
