My furnace wasn't turning on at all. I called on the company that installed the unit, they couldn't get out here for 2 weeks! Everyone that works for this locally owned company is amazing. They changed out our dead electrical furnace for a gas furnace and they did an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I just can't speak highly enough about them.

Customer Service like no other. This business has old school service and integrity. They take pride in their craft and have high standards. Yesterday was my third time using their services and I have received consistent customer service . I am a DIY'er and my current idea was received with Yes we can do that for you by the guys at Falcon Heating. I have more projects, one being a new heating system for this old house and I will be spending my money with Falcon Heating because when I asked for my options they offered many and they didn't go with the high option first. They then asked what were my needs and actually listened to me. No high pressure sales here. Only what works for me. Loved that. As much as we all would love top of the line everything in a home some times that's just not possible. I came away feeling like I found a good fit for my needs and very informed on my options. I would offer the next person looking for a heating service my highest recommendation on this company. Especially if your only resource is the reviews on businesses.

We have used Falcon Heating and Cooling twice this year. They came when our air conditioner was freezing up and got back up and running again. They also at that time rebuilt a better frame for our filter. They most recently came to repair the ignition on our heater. Each time we have contacted them we get prompt communication and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! Went over and above what was needed. A free humidifier, three percent discount, and replaced the humidifier needle valve with a quarter turn valve. Really good people!

This is the second time we have used Falcon Heating and Cooling and could not be more pleased with the results. We had a capacitor problem with our air conditioning and Zach came on the same day we called, diagnosed the problem and corrected it, all within about 30-45 minutes. And the price was fabulous -- I have a feeling we would have been charged a lot more from any other company in Colorado Springs or the surrounding areas. We will use no other company than Falcon Heating and Cooling in the future. A great, honest, friendly group!
