I would highly recommend this local, family owned business! Our furnace stopped working and the owner, James, responded immediately and was able to come to the house right away. The service was amazing, he was on-time for our scheduled appointment, and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. James was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong, he came prepared to complete the required maintenance onsite, and he was very thorough in inspecting our whole system. 10 STARS! A most excellent tradesman! So back this past summer I had the "pink truck" guys install an a/c unit attached to my existing furnace. They never tested the furnace after they did their work. Well here comes winter and my furnace was short cycling. So I called them back to diagnose the problem and they blamed it on the thermostat, that they installed! So I worked with the thermostat people and they basically said it was the furnace. So then I called them back a 2nd time and they denied that there was anything wrong with the furnace. Strike 2. So then I tried doing some investigating of my own, and replacing a flame sensor and a high limit switch, but that got to be a little daunting, and I felt like all I was doing was throwing parts at the furnace. So thanks to my daughter, who had just used Mr. Cosgrove about a month earlier, she recommended that I call him, so I did. He came out with a "never quit till it's fixed" attitude, which I think is the best way to solve problems.

He called a couple of different tech support departments until he actually came up with the fix, it was a bad pressure switch. So I had him replace it and it's been working perfectly ever since! Thank you so much for being so diligent and having that never give up attitude. That's how I run my business.

I kind of felt like the "pink truck" guys only wanted to sell me a new furnace, instead of fixing my existing one. It's a shame that there's companies out there that don't want to continue the service after the sale, but from now on I will be ONLY calling Mr. Cosgrove for anything I need done or replaced with my HVAC system. We decided to try and see if we could put some ac in our house — it is one of those old houses downtown that always has a surprise for anyone who works on it. Called around and got a few outrageous quotes when someone gave me Jim’s number. Within a week or so he was out to the house and we worked to come up with a really great plan for the house that was incredibly reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, honesty, and quality of the work. I feel like I got so lucky to work with them. And now we have lovely, cool ac that lets us sleep at night! And we’ve improved the value of our house as well. Really grateful we came across Jim!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Jim was kind, extremely professional, and quick with diagnosing why our heater went out on a cold Colorado night. He was able to repair the issue as quickly as possible and we will absolutely use his services again if another issue arises. Called Redeemed to come out and inspect our AC system as it didn't seem to be cooling as well as it should. Also, had a small leak at the furnace unit when the AC would run. Jim did a thorough inspection of the entire system, fixed the leak that turned out to just be a clog in the pvc drain pipe, and cleaned the condenser. He was very friendly, honest, and professional, all at a great price! No upsell tactics whatsoever. I highly recommend Redeemed Heating and Air and will definitely call Jim for any future HVAC needs.

We called Jim with Redeemed Heat and Air to replace our missing vent pipe cap on our roof. Jim returned our call immediately and showed up on time today. He replaced the cap with the heavy-duty wind-resistant cap we requested and his price was very reasonable. He even reinforced it so it is super secure. He is very friendly and just a great guy. So hard to find these days. We will be calling him for our annual maintenance. We highly recommend Redeemed Heat and Air! (Independently owned, licensed, and insured company).

Outstanding Owner and Company!!! We have had a few problems with our heating system at our personal home and at our rental home, James from Redeemed heating and Air LLC was referred to us and he was amazing! James walked my husband through the process of resetting the system over the phone and in both circumstances fixed the furnace and we were up and running immediately. Jim installed my AC and whole house humidifier. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and customer service that he provided. On time, nice, friendly, respectful of my home and gave fair and honest prices.

He recently also fixed a gas leak in my furnace (not his install) and went out of his way to make sure it was done quickly and correctly.

Jim provided a second opinion on our furnace when another company just wanted to replace it. He came and did a very thorough diagnosis, found our primary heat exchanger needed replacing, and even reached out to carrier to find out it was covered under warranty. He got all the necessary parts and did the repair. Excellent service and Jim is truly the nicest person who will go above and beyond. Such a great experience!
