Awesome service from Jim! Our furnace decided to start leaking from a multitude of locations at the same time. It took a few visits to get them all resolved, but Jim finally got our system in good order. The whole time he was in touch and just a text away, which is so hopeful vs others where you can only call and have to wait and hope you get a call back.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Redeemed Heating and Air. Jim was the fourth technician to look at my HVAC issue, and he stood out immediately with his professionalism and deep knowledge. Unlike others who were quick to push for a costly replacement, Jim took the time to thoroughly analyze the problem and gave me an honest, objective assessment. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. In the end, I didn’t require any further service, but his visit was incredibly valuable and gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and straightforward in this industry. Our air condition stopped working and after getting a quote for $14,000 to replace both furnace and a/c from another company, I called Jim to get a second opinion.

I’m not local—we’ve had an Airbnb there for 13 years—and when people hear out of town and Airbnb, they try to get as much money out of us as possible. I don’t mind paying if that’s the cost, but we knew our situation could be fixed, at least temporarily to give the guests some relief, while a more long term solution was sought.

Jim came in and found the issue (which the other company didn’t even attempt to do), fixed it right away, and gave us a good idea of what to do in the future, all for well under $1000–a fraction of what the other company’s solution was.

He’s not only honest but also highly competent! Those are two qualities we’d pay a premium for, but his rates are also incredibly reasonable too! He has our future business for sure!

Jim is absolutely amazing! He is very honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. When he serviced our heater in the early fall, he went above and beyond to thoroughly clean everything. We woke up this morning to 22° temps and our heater not working. He was able to come out same day to diagnose the problem that ended up being a faulty thermostat. He was very fast to replace it, and got our heat going in no time! Not only that, he replaced our filters at no additional charge. Jim is the only person we will call for heating or air conditioning going forward!

When our furnace went out in the middle of the night, Jim responded right away and fixed it promptly and at a fair price. Wirenut and the other companies we asked to repair it refused and said we could only replace it, meanwhile Jim and Redeemed Heating & Air gave it a quick fix that lasted us through the winter. When we decided to replace the furnace and add A/C, their price was unbeatable and did the work in under a day. Thank you Jim!

Jim is by far the most reliable and responsive technician of any kind we’ve worked with. He has responded quickly with expert knowledge to troubleshoot any issue we’ve had. Most recently, he responded after hours when our AC stopped working, came out the next day and discovered the unit was underperforming and failed due to a faulty wire connection from the manufacturer. Not only did he replace the wire but he continued with a full inspection to ensure there weren’t any further issues. So grateful for the honest service Jim and Redeemed Heating and Air provides, cannot recommend enough!

Jim and the whole crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Extremely responsive, reasonable, honest, and professional. We had our furnace replaced and Jim quoted us fairly and was able to get us scheduled for the next week. Great team. Worked with us to clean and certify furnace and A.C. for the sale of our home. Very fast, great pricing, very friendly and extremely knowledgable both in their trade and with regional codes.

It's always scary to need a business's help and they don't have thorough reviews, so I thought to contribute. I called 7 HVAC services when my furnace went out, and these guys are the only ones who called me back. I was disappointed to hear they couldn't make it til the next morning and made due overnight, but as I said they were the only ones to call back and I needed help. Donnie showed up in a (no logo) white van and he got right to the problem. No need to be chatty, no "sorry, ma'am, it's an old machine probably should just replace it and it'll cost ya a zillion dollars" speech.. He showed 10 min early and left 45 min later. Initial trip fee was $70 which I would've chosen a cheaper one if I had a choice, however as I've said.. I didn't. I give them 5 stars because I am hugely satisfied. I asked a question to better understand the problem and could tell that I was interrupting his train of thought and felt bad--however, he went straight to professional instructor mode and you know what? He doesn't like too talk, just seems like hes m'aybe an introvert (who am I to know? As I said, I only saw him for 45 min) but in his 3 minute explanation that was magically thorough, clear, and also concise, I feel like this guy could get a night job instructing classes. I feel smarter having talked to him. Thanks, Donnie, for no hassle, upselling, bullharky whatnots I am always afraid of when I need a new company to help out around the house. Final bill was barely over $100, including the trip fee and a couple small parts he replaced. It's working fine right in time for the snow and my scary yesterday and morning has turned into a beautiful hot cocoa snow day.

I have had some really bad experiences with contractors. Springs Savings saved me and restored my faith in mankind. Honest, kind, reliable and great at what they do. I will not use anyone else !

So, I read one reviewer’s opinion, that seemed very honest from her perspective, and decided to give them a try. Being new to the area, I had no idea who to call. I could not be happier! I was braced for a huge bill or possibly to hear I had to replace my old furnace, and I cannot do that right now. Donnie arrived on time, which is not heard of anymore. He knows his business. We were impressed with how quickly he found our ghostly problem. It was a wiring issue in multiple places. He fixed the issue, and tuned up a couple other things without adding to our bill. He gave advice that is going to save me money in a huge way. We are on propane and are spending a lot of money monthly to stay warm. We do have a pellet stove also, but it tends to just warm the front rooms. He explained how to use the furnace and the pellet stove together to heat the whole house. He also, explained the bang we hear from the furnace vacuum, and how to solve it. He’s not “brand” stuck, and was happy to help me with all my questions. I about fell over with the price at the end. It was very fair considering all he did. We will, at some point, be getting a cooling system and furnace, and I will be calling Donnie again. He’s very honest and beyond helpful. In response to the review that actually helped me a lot in deciding who to call, I found Donnie very personable, and thank you for taking the time to give your review.

Really great service. I had Another company say they “think it’s a motor issue” with my a/c I’m so glad I got a second opinion from springs heating. I saved so much money and time when Donny came out and fixed it working minutes!!!! All around great service from the call center to the technicians!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Impeccable customer service, more than fair rates, and they left with me having a peace of mind which is priceless.
