Mark was awesome repairing
our clogged sewer main. Worked with us on scheduling him to come out and came by same day. Also gave great reccomendations on maintenance and up keep for the line to help avoid future problems. Will definitely be using his services again.

Mark at pro power rooter was able to do a job that a competitor would have turned into a big unnecessary job for a very reasonable price without having to make holes in the walls or cut open the pipes. I will be using his services again. Also he made time in his evening to fix the problem the same day. Tenants we very happy with the results and I am happy with the price. This is what a successful business model should look like.

I discovered the drain line to our septic was clogged and backing up into the finished basement at 11pm.
I had to work the next morning.
If we had waited it would leave my mother, who takes care of my disabled husband when I have to work ( and the visiting nurse and therapist ) without a bathroom for the day. Mark understood the urgency and arrived as soon as was possible. He worked through the night to make sure that they would have cleared lines by the time they awoke.
He was professional and thorough, and we are all so very appreciative. His understanding and compassion for the situation saved me from having to move them to a hotel for the day!

Came out on a Saturday nite for a real stubborn drain plug. It was 75 feet out in the street. Worked his butt off for 2 hours. Cleared the plug and it works great.

there is a reason Mark has 5 stars with so many customers. He came over for a seriously clogged main line at 730pm on a Sunday and worked until 1230am to get the job done. I haven't seen that kind of dedication and persistence in a really long time. I highly recommend him to anyone. And he will give you a very fair price and showed that he cared about me and my family. Pro Power Rooter Service is the best! My kitchen drain was plugged and as I started calling various services – they are were unwilling to do a “same day” emergency job. Mark responded immediately and provided pricing up front as well. He arrived within a few hours on an extremely cold night with icy roads. Not only did he address the obvious problem, but spent extra time scoping the pipes with his camera – and showing us some potential issues. He offered to come back in 2 days and clean the pipes, which he did. He was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right. Great service! Mark responded to my call after 9PM, after three other plumbers (including national brand plumber) were not able to provide service. He came when he said he would (very quick to my location), and fixed the clogged drain problem in less than 15 minutes. Reasonable rate for excellent service. Excellent service!!! I live in a very old home and I have had Mark out to my house a couple times over the past year. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Our basement floor drain was backing up and overflowing. Mark was upfront and clear about his process and fees and came out on short notice, late at night in the snow and fog and worked until about 1am to clear our drain. Very responsive, professional, friendly, thorough, honest, and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him and we will definitely call him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Mark was great. I contacted 3 local plumbers for our clogged drains, we have a septic. All 3 touted 24 hr response. Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping. He was wonderful during a rough time! Highly recommend!

I called Mark on Friday afternoon for a diagnosis on rapid backup issues in the primary bathroom. He quickly got back to me with his possible diagnosis and came out the same night to investigate the mainline blockage and clear it out. After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out.
