Kenny was very straight forward about the work we needed and was also straight about the concerns we had and honest about what was needed and what was only cosmetic. The crew that did the work were polite and did a good job without leaving a mess for me to clean up. I will certainly look to straight line for any future work that should come up.

We contracted with them to rebuild our home’s foundation which was a fairly massive project that required precision, quality craftsmanship, superior materials, modern machinery & technology and expert time management.
The supervisors, Kenny & Bob, managed the project with professional expertise and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of their craftsmanship. The project was completed on time and the results were superior. I thank Kenny, Bob and the entire StraightLine crew for the amazing work rebuilding our foundation and for graciously meeting with us consistently, and respectfully, throughout the entire project.
I would recommend Kenny & Bob, and the StraightLine organization, to anyone who needs concrete work.

Since I cannot reply to your response: As a matter of fact, I was home and your representative was on speaker phone and I heard the whole conversation. So that fact you have the nerve to lie to try to protect your company is very concerning. My husband has every right to defend himself from your representatives actions. It is not anyone’s fault that you have personnel that are obviously too sensitive to words. And in no way did your representative try to make any effort to send someone out to our home. So yes, I will bash any company that belittles and now lies to make themselves higher and better.

It’s pretty unfortunate that a company that was highly recommended for concrete/foundation work/repair would be so unprofessional on the very first phone call. We have a fairly new home (3 years) but due to how our driveway was constructed and rainstorms we have, we are finding that the end of the driveway is washing out and becoming more dangerous and difficult to control. Knowing we could spend thousands of dollars and install a culvert to help drainage, we were advised of a more efficient and cost effective solution which referred us to Straight Line. Less than 5 minutes of conversation with the rudest and most disrespectful person, we tried to get someone to just come out to our home to look at our situation and see what our options might be. Without hesitation, all they could do was laugh at our request. I understand that one customer is definitely not going to change the way you do business or your so called high level rating, but is it necessary to treat any potential customers as if they were incompetent? As a customer service based business, you have NO IDEA who you are talking to or their situation and the fact that you feel it is OK to dismiss a request, or talk down to anyone is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I can only hope you can better yourself as a company as well as an individual.

Straight Line did a great job mud jacking my sidewalk! It was sunken in in different places and now it is nice and level! The crew was professional and courteous and did a great job! Kenny also did a great job, he was timely and always called me back if I had any questions! I would definitely refer them!

I highly recommend Straight Line Construction. I used them to fix a failed main support beam. I dealt with Kenny Hatch and he was awesome! He came and gave me a more than fair estimate, and only quoted what I needed. Nothing more nothing less. I was very pleased. He seen that I had an emergency situation and scheduled me in less than a week. Before he came out I got an estimate from Foundation Professionals of Colorado. They scheduled me 3 months out. Not only did Kenny move some jobs around and put me at the front of the line, but his quote was 1/3 of the other company. The crew was very professional. They were in and out in 4 hours and made zero mess even on a muddy day. This company is hard to beat in price and quality of work.

On time, polite, and don't try to take advantage of you, aka theiy're honest. Kenny who does the appraisals even took his shoes off when entering the house. Straightline did a previous job for us and went over and above. They are our go-to for this type of work.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Have been noticing cracks appearing in my mom's home and then the door would no longer close. Kenny did a complete inspection on my mom's house. Turns out there was no structural problems, he took me all around the house showing me how to fix and correct water issues & what need to be done. I am very impressed he could have charged me to do work that really wasn't necessary but, instead he took the time to help us. Definitely call Straight Line Construction if you are noticing cracks or not sures at your home. They really helped my mom save a lot of money.

Kenny Hatch conducted an assessment of my home for structural/foundation problems. He determined that I did not need structural repairs or foundation support at this time. Kenny was very knowledgeable about his work and very professional in his dealings with me. His honesty and helpfulness were refreshing in the profit driven environment of today's business world. I requested someone come out and evaluate what needed to be done on my house. The girl that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Within a very resonable time frame, Kenny came out and did a walk through. He was very professional, asked questions, and we discussed options. He was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. After he left, he followed up almost immediately with a text containing information I would need going forward. I am well pleased with our initial interaction.

We had the pleasure of working with Straight Line Construction recently. Our front porch stairs were sinking and pulled away from the foundation. Straight Line came highly recommended by our real estate agent and we were not disappointed. Our appointment for an estimate was a few weeks out, but Kenny went out of his way to get us an estimate sooner than anticipated. They were able to get our repairs scheduled right away, and when it looked like the weather wasn't going to be ideal on the scheduled work day, they were able to reschedule us earlier than our original appointment. Chad and his team were professional, their work was impeccable, and they cleaned everything prior to leaving. We are truly pleased with the work that was done and the excellent customer service we received. Would not hesitate to call them again should we have a need arise in the future.

We used Straightline Construction for the first time a few years ago to correct the
back and side drainage around our house that our home builder never did right to begin with and they also filled in the 18 inches gap underneath our backporch that was hidden by the wood that was originally placed around the porch. Needless to say they helped save us future foundational issues! His crew came in and not only did an awesome job, but were very quick and professional once they got started. We called them back this year to get an estimate to fix the front sidewalk and check the front drainage that was originally installed in that area. We also had them look at some other concerns. We appreciate the professional eye and honest opinions/options without trying to needlessly upsell you work that doesn't need to be done. Unfortunately we have noticed needless upselling is a common thing nowadays in different services. Honesty, workmanship, and professionalism is why we will continue to choose and refer Ken and his crew!

My first home ever purchased was hit by a moving truck a little over a year ago now. The moving truck went through my yard and straight into the side of the house where my bathroom is. The impact of the moving truck had rocked my house off the foundation by 5-7 inches. The impact alone created breaks in the foundation, floors, and walls. Working with my insurance has been such a drawn-out process with no guidance or support along the way. After months of doing all the work for my insurance company, finding engineers and contracts, they moved forward with working with Straightline to help repair the foundation after the accident. Through my time working with Bob and Kenny, I could tell they knew how tragic this accident was for me. They kept me well informed and communicated often, always looping me in on the progress of the repairs. Bob and Kenny were so understanding and patient with me as I worked with my insurance to ensure they received what they needed, in order to get the work done quickly. The work they did was incredible! I feel at ease knowing that the foundation of my house is safe for when I move back into my house. They even fought with my insurance to get the footings replaced, as my insurance wanted to put a band aid over it. Bob, Kenny, and their crew are amazing people who truly care about their clients and the work that needs to be done.
