My wife and I purchased a home where the A/C unit was installed by Steele Brothers just two years ago. Unfortunately the system stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had a rocky start at first trying to get some technicians out to our house to inspect the unit. However, Joann did a fantastic job making it a priority to send technicians out to our house on short notice. The technicians were very professional and were able to fix the unit on the spot. I'm very appreciative for their professionalism and ability to make a new customer happy with working A/C! I'd definitely recommend!

Steele Bros was extremely helpful when we found out, 3 days before listing our house for sale, that we needed a new furnace. Everyone I spoke with was understanding and super helpful during a very stressful time! They were able to get us a new furnace installed and looking great just in time for our listing to go live, and showings to start rolling in! They even went above and beyond to make sure the furnace room was sparkly clean for a great presentation. Their installers showed up on time and were fast, efficient and very friendly. We've got 2 very curious dogs, and 2 even more curious little boys. Steele Bros guys never seemed bothered by any of the curiosity and took the time to listen to the boys. Finally, they cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have to do a single bit of extra work to have the house presentable. Steel Bros is an excellent company and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you, Steele Bros!

Luis came today for the warranty service on AC in my new construction. He was very professional and explained to me (first time homeowner) a lot of details about my AC.

Steele Brothers installed a new Carrier Infinity system in our Littleton home 3/2020, furnace and AC, and also an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Our house is 35 years old and there are challenges when replacing major systems in older homes. Steele Brothers excelled in every way: they designed and recommended an ideal system, they installed it on-time and with the upmost care and professionalism. I am a stickler for details and doing things right - and Steele Brothers delivered complete satisfaction. Their price was very reasonable all things considered. The after-the-sale service we got to take care of minor issues was exceptional. Friendly, made us a priority, and stood behind their work 110%.

My son used them to install a new Carrier HVAC and Aprilaire 800 in his townhouse in Littleton a couple months ago. He had the same experience we did. Blake was amazing. He was so patient and thorough with his answers to my questions. He told me what he thought was best and how they'd get it done. He did exactly what he said and even made some adjustments during the job that saved me some money and helped the performance of my system. He installed a new thermostat straight and square on the wall and it looks great. Overall, I'll call Steele Bros again and definitely request Blake. Nice work Blake! Thank you.

I was very impressed with Steele Bros heating they made it easy to have my 30 year old furnace replaced, from the sales rep to the installation everything was well done. Pricing was reasonable and the tech support did a nice job removing and installing the new unit including a new touch screen thermostat and setup.

On July 3rd in the evening my wife and I noticed the AC was not working. I put a call into Steele Bros and David walked me through troubleshooting the system, which took till about 10p. We came up with a patch for the AC to work through the holiday weekend. The next week Luis came out to fix the AC. It was a great experience working with the team from Steele Bros!

Steele Bros. was a great company to work with from meeting with the salesman (Tom) to the install crew that replaced our old equipment. Steele Bros. was competitive with pricing and warranty of equipment. The install crew was very neat and professional and took the time to explain the newly installed equipment. Cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them in the future.

Steele Bros took such great care of us. I ended up hiring Steele Bros after getting jerked around by another HVAC company for 3+ weeks. Our house is 80 years old, and the access to our crawlspace is very small. The rep from Steele Bros who came out to give us an estimate assured me that the access would be adequate for our furnace replacement. I even confirmed again when I booked the installation. The crew arrived on day 1 to find that the access was in fact too small. They arranged to come back the next day, and widened the access to accommodate the furnace, without charging us extra. Their pricing was reasonable, and scheduling was easy. Everyone on the install crew, as well as the supervisor were friendly, helpful, and very competent. I will be using Steele Bros for our HVAC needs from now on. Very satisfied and would recommend.

John and Blake are amazing. When we first moved into our house two years ago we had an issue with a damper and they were on it and fixed our problem. Fast forward to today, an inspector had altered the settings on our thermostat and we were not sure if something had been unplugged or why the upstairs air wasn’t running. John spoke to me on the and was so kind and helpful. Within 1 hour Blake arrived and looked at everything. This group is responsive, friendly and loyal to their customers. Steele Brothers installed the HVAC in our new Shea home and it works perfectly. Once we moved in, they also installed a humidifier for us, again great work. The price they quoted us was exactly what it cost-no surprises. 👍
Since then, they have helped us with any and all questions we have regarding our new systems, and even other stuff that isn’t necessarily their purview. I would recommend Steele Brothers to anyone with HVAC issues. The people there really honestly care about their customers!

In 2019 I had a split air system added to my home in Littleton by Steele Brothers Heating. Recently the system was not cooling and I called Steele Brothers for service. Two young technicians came out Luis B and Mauricio B.R. They trouble shot the system and found a bad fitting on the condenser. Not only were these two individuals very professional they were extremely polite and took time to put covers over there shoes each time they went in and out of the house. After fixing the leak and getting the system up and running they suggested to their office that Steele Bros. service department follow up in October of this year and retest the system to make sure I would not have this problem again next year. I have had problems previously in addition to this one

I feel very confident that I made the right decision to Have Steele Bros. install this system, and am very satisfied with there follow up! This is the kind of service I expect from a Heating and

If you are looking for a new furnace or repair services for your furnace, look no further! We purchased our furnace and AC 9 years ago from another company and had been a loyal customer all the while. We hired this company to service our system twice a year to make sure our system was well maintained. During one of their maintenance appointments last week, they identified a crack in the heat exchanger. Turns out we were breathing some pretty toxic air. We requested a quote to repair the heat exchanger which was covered under the warranty but their service fee left us speechless - - it was outta-sight high! I felt like they were gouging and absolutely showed no loyalty to their customer. I contacted Steele Bros. Heating, among others, and they were hands down the best on all counts. They were responsive, concerned for our safety, very reasonably priced and quick to repair. We ended up leaving our old company and purchasing a new furnace through Steele Bros. and we are so glad we did! They came out almost immediately, confirmed the problem, and was here to install the new furnace the next working day. Thank you Joann, John and Lenny, and Oswaldo for treating us so well and holding our hands the entire time. You helped us make the best out of a bad situation and we are here to stay. Less about the work and more about the drivers. The drivers that work at this company in castle rock are so unsafe. I’ve been cut off, almost hit, and door dinged by these trucks I’ve seen. One lives in my neighborhood and consistently parks absurdly close to me and others and has door dinged me. Below is a less intense example but the most recent one.

We recently used Steele Bro's replace our 23yr old HVAC system which had died. Generally speaking the whole process went well. Company and sales rep was very responsive and was very happy to answer all of our questions and concerns and 2 days later, install day. The new system is amazing, almost as if we never had AC before. So far very impressed with service and equipment!

Update: Having an issue with our new system as temps start to ramp up which is what it is. Luis came out to help us today and was nothing but super polite and very professional. Very impressed with the way he conducted his business and kept me up to date at all times and was very patient to answer my questions.

Again, very impressed by this company!

About a month ago, we contacted three companies for bids on an AC+Furnace installation in a 1960s home. Steele Bros were professional and timely on the initial estimate. When they came in with comparable equipment, a one-day installation and the best warranty offered, we scheduled the installation for the next week. Oswaldo and Mauricio were kind, careful, and communicative throughout the process, even going the extra mile to undo what a previous homeowner did to effectively seal return supply. Outstanding work from start to finish.

Oh, and Steele Bros was the most affordable bid we got.

Steele Bros are great! We have an old home and were concerned with the price and complications that sometimes come with older homes, but Steele Bros came out quickly to provide a reasonable quote and took our preferences into consideration.
During the installation, the team was very helpful and professional the entire time and finished earlier than anticipated. Oswaldo did a great job walking us through the new equipment, control panel and safety features of our AC unit as well as provided recommendations for care and maintenance.

I would recommend Steele Bros to a family member or friend!
