Constraction reviews in Sheridan, Colorado

exelent!!

Snyder Construction did an amazing job finishing our basement, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Our vision was straightforward: transform a completely unfinished basement into a beautiful, studio-style living space with barstool seating, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Simple in concept — but far from simple in execution.
Our home is a 1987 stick-built, and the basement came with its share of surprises. Outdated systems, code violations, and Douglas County's notoriously thorough inspection process meant this project demanded more than just cosmetic work. Sean and his team handled every challenge without missing a beat, including a full electrical service replacement (the original panel was a mess — no markings, deteriorating wires, and outdated breakers throughout), a new air conditioning condenser with relocated lines to allow for clean soffits, replacement of water lines from the main shutoff through the entire basement, new drainage for the toilet, shower, and sinks, and full electrical throughout the space.
They also managed all of our permitting needs, navigating Douglas County's rigorous requirements so we didn't have to.
The pace was impressive. Within the first week, the entire basement was framed and electrical rough-in had begun. By week two, electrical trim-out was complete and drywall was going up. Just a few weeks from the initial frame-out, the project was done.
The finished product is gorgeous. A spacious bathroom with a full stand-in shower, double-sink vanity, and full-size toilet. A beautiful center island with white quartz countertops throughout the kitchenette. We essentially have a second home downstairs — a space where family can come stay, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, cook breakfast, and feel completely at home.
Thank you, Snyder Construction, for an outstanding job at a great price.

Had the pleasure of working with Mike. Very easy to work with, project went quick and smooth.

Sean helped us get our bathroom redone on short notice. He does great work and everything looks awesome!

For out project my expectation was for all of the work to be completed in a couple of days. The crew showed up on time and the team was very hard working and pleasant. The full project was nicely completed in
just one day. I will certainly consider them for future projects

Sean and his team did a great job! Sean always kept me informed what was going on with the project and when his guys are showing up. On time and very professional. Thank you Sean.

Sean and his team were great. They were responsive, timely, explained when any changes needed to be made, and did good work. I will use Snyder Construction again!

Sean and his crew are great. They are always on time, very efficient and professional. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to do any type of remodeling.

I needed a fence torn down and replaced. I called Sean and the next day he was out to take a look and give me an estimate. He estimated two days but was able to complete the project in one. Great communication, timely, good quality, and professional.

Snyder Construction replaced my roof after my insurance declined repairs. They made all of my options known and walked me through the entire decision making process. Everything went smooth and the solution brought forward will give me piece of mind for decades to come. Sean is very professional, has great communication, and is definitely someone you can trust with your project. I would highly recommend that you check him out and start a conversation.

Ive worked with Sean on several projects and enjoyed the entire process. They are very communicative and organized. Their craftsman ship is impeccable. Definitely recommend.

Snyder Construction was very professional and easy to work with. Our project was a remodel of our fireplace exterior. The project had some challenges due to the current fireplace and Sean Snyder did a great job problem solving those issues and the we love the results. Snyder construction was also very quick to give us a quote. Also, a very easy online payment system. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sean and his team for the renovation of our two small bathrooms as well as our front door replacement. I am an interior designer by trade so it was great to work with someone who appreciated my vision and attention to detail.

Sean and his team were timely, and great at communicating. They were consistently available to answer my questions and address concerns, keeping me informed at every stage of the renovation. I learned very quickly that Sean was someone I could trust and I appreciated that he always came to us with a solution for any issue that occurred along the way.

I highly recommend Snyder Construction for any renovation project. Their integrity, effective communication, punctuality, and dedication to completing the job set them apart in the world of contractors. I am incredibly grateful for the transformation they brought to our home and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

High quality work, nice people, timely, tidy, and a fair price. Kevin worked with me to make all my wishlist kitchen items work in my space. Justin and Sterling did amazing work, left the work area clean at the end of the day, went above and beyond to make our space functional during the construction process, AND finished a couple days earlier than I anticipated. I won’t hire anyone else for any future remodel needs.

A great experience working with Gil-Roy. Gil-Roy has replaced a water line, sewer line and added an addition to a neighbors house- all 5 stars. Good prices, professional, experts. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Thank you!

About 8 months ago this company fixed a sewer line for my clients new home. (unfortunately, it took me this long to remember to give them a great review.) while they were doing the work, I went over to the house just to check on things and they were very nice and explained to me what was happening because it was a big job. After they left and all the work was done I was absolutely blown away by the fact that you could not tell they had even been there. This job was huge as I stated earlier to the point where these men were standing, literally standing in the holes that they had to dig for the sewer line. It was extremely impressive to me that you could not even tell they had been there. I highly highly recommend!

We had just got done with a siding project. There was still a lot we wanted/expected to be done. We called Howler and they addressed everything! They were quick, meticulous, and respectful. Will be calling them in the future for any of my home needs.
