Constraction reviews in Thornton, Colorado

I had some siding issues after the hail storm and no one would come out and help me. Sheppard’s came out with out any hesitations and gave me a better deal and did and amazing job!! Thank you Chris Sheppard!

These guys did an amazing job! Very professional and thorough! They worked a couple long days and cleaned up everything once they were done! I feel very comfortable recommending them!

Multiple issues with exterior paint. Had to come back twice to remedy paint coverage. Less than 5 years later paint is oxidized on several locations. Will need to have another paint job soon.

Chris and his crew did a great job. They were accommodating when I wanted a last minute change of trim color and responsive throughout the whole project.

They installed an elastomer style roof on our flat roof home in Mesa, Arizona. It is a great value and of better quality than traditional foam & coating type roofing utilized on flat roofs in our area of Arizona. I would recommend this company highly for your roofing needs.

Sheppard's has taken of me and my family for the last 20 years. They have done windows, roofs, painting, and I couldn't be happier. They are total professionals who do top-notch work

Tom Shepard and his crew were great. They did excellent work and we’re on time. Tom worked with the insurance company and got me more than I thought I would.

Chris and the crew did an excellent job painting my house. They paid attention to every detail and didn't leave until I was satisfied 100%. I did not know who to call for this job took a chance and I'm glad I called Chris!

Amazing customer service! Needed my roof done quickly since it was leaking. Called about 6 other places and they told me they couldn't come out for months. Sheppard's came and gave me a bid right away and started repairs shortly after. Thank you guys so much I highly recommend!

We've used them twice over the 39 years we've had our home as have neighbors. Great attention to detail-they've gone above and beyond and completed the work in a timely manner. The paint lasted at least a decade, and roofing and gutter work were well-done. We thought the price was very fair.

Tom and his crew are punctual, friendly, communinative, professional, and most important proficient at their trade. My windows are spectacular. The quality of material has saved so much money. The installation was above and beyond. I can't hear anything outside anymore. The crew were mindfull of me working from home and cleaning up so my dog wouldn't get into anything. 100% going through them to do my rood next!

Sheppards installed a new roof, and cutters on our home in August of 2016. The work and follow-up was outstanding. The clean up of the crew installing the roof was professional from start to finish. I would recommend Sheppards for any exterior home improvements.

We hired Sheppard's Total Exteriors to complete a full roof and paint job for our home and we could not be any happier with their work and their thorough process from start to finish. Sheppard's Total Exterior's far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Sheppard's Total Exteriors and would definitely use them again for future projects!

The overall experience with this company very unprofessional. they sub their paint work out to other people they don't have a crew painting for them. Their paint jobs are horrible they don't come back and correct their mistakes. They never send you invoices they just take you off to collections and never fix what they said they would do. How can I company just send you off to collections and they haven't even finished their job. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you want a horrible job done this would be the company they will price gouge you. get four different quotes other than this company. Don't use this company they are horrible save your money go somewhere else. The old man running this company is a piece of s**$

Chris and his crew did a great job. It's clear that they take a lot of pride in their workmanship. My project involved a lot of drywall repairs. They did an outstanding job with that as well. Everything came out looking as good as new.

We had a great experience with them. We had some siding issues and they went above and beyond. Painters were hard workers. They showed up early and worked late. Chris was easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. Highly recommend Sheppard’s

Sheppard's has been a great staple in the home improvement industry for 30 years. They are all family and treat their clients like family as well. Quality products at at great price. Utilizing home owners insurance when possible. The best part...they make the project run smooth!

Horrible service. Took 7 months to get a small patio roof extension done. Workers don't show up on scheduled days. Customer service is awful, don't communicate or return messages. Called and emailed several times regarding our final inspection, nothing was ever done. Finally had to contact the city myself and they were out the same day. They collected final payment before the job was even done. We chose this company because of the great reviews and 5 star rating. It's very disappointing and the most stressful remodel we have had to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

**Update 2019** Had one of the owners come out the first part of 2018 to look at part of the structure that was warped, when I mentioned we didn't think we should have to pay to have it fixed they never got back to us after they were going to "check our account file". Now part of the structure is falling down and we have to figure out what to do about it, clearly not contacting this horrible company for help, they just blow you off!! Even the city inspector stated not to use them again.

We are very pleased with the exceptional quality provided by Chris and his crew. Chris was involved with overseeing every detail from start to completion, and he listened well and patiently to what we needed done. The crew worked very well together as a team, and cleaned up everthing perfectly when the job was finished. The quote provided was accurate and the price was more than fair. The suggestions for color choices helped us make a good selection, and we are really happy with how wonderful it looks. We had some challenging repairs on the siding and it was accomplished beautifully. Quality products were used throughout, and excellent workmanship created a great outcome. The estmated timeframe was spot on. We literally had zero complaints and would recommend this company over all others!

These guys are the absolute best. I had them come out for our roof as well as painting and I couldn’t have been more impressed with them showing up on time, their professionalism and most importantly, their quality work. Tom Sheppard made me feel confident and relaxed from the start. If you need work done, be sure to call these guys.

We just had Sheppard paint our house here in Littleton and it looks amazing! They replaced several pieces of siding and trim, rebuilt half of my shed door, and painted the entire house with great care.

Jesus and his crew were efficient and great guys to have working on the house for a few days. Tom Sheppard helped us with color choices and is truly an expert at home exterior maintenance.

If you are looking for someone to help keep your house looking amazing, call Sheppard. They are priced fairly and will do an amazing job.
