Juan took his time and did an amazing job for rental carpet that pretty much ruined by pets. I now found my only carpet cleaning company that I will use going forward. Highly recommended.

David did an excellent job stretching and steam cleaning my carpet. He even got out paint stains!!! My carpet looks brand new. He spent two hours steam cleaning 3 small bedrooms, a small hallway and some stairs. I have never had anyone spend so much time steam cleaning my carpet. He truly cares about doing a quality job. I reached out to Vast Flooring Solutions to re-attach and clean carpeting due to minor flooding. Juan was very responsive to my call and offered to come by the same day to provide an estimate. He was very prompt, professional, greeted me with a smile, provided a reasonable estimate, and was even able to complete the work same day.

Excellent job with a move-out cleaning. She brought a whole crew to get it done. I was present during the process and was impressed with how deep they got into the cabinets, appliances, etc. She did, however, ask for $50 more than we agreed to before the cleaning when it was time to pay. I payed it because they did a great job but I would appreciate more transparent pricing next time.
