It's hard for me to leave a review when I haven't had a chance to experience their service, especially amongst all these 5 stars. They may be Better at Air Duct Cleaning but apparently phones and computers just aren't their thing. I have not once been able to get through on the phone and I sent a message through their website but have not heard back from them. It is sad I must go somewhere else to get service as these guys showed great reviews and were highly recommended. Maybe another time. It is apparently not specific to "Better" as I have had similar issues with three other companies. No return phone calls or massages.

I have been trying to get ahold of Shane regarding the job he did at my home. I had to hire another HVAC company to fix the job that Shane did. I attached the screen shot of what was fixed, and pic of parts not attached to show what he did not do correctly. I am hopeful that he will contact me back to make right the poor, unsafe job he did.
