Lacho is very professional. He communicated with us to confirm appointment day and, on day of, his arrival time. Every area was left vacuumed, clean and back together. Having Forte Air Duct Cleaning, clean my air ducts and HVAC system was absolute pleasure. From the scheduling until the completing of the project the process was very smooth. They also cleaned my dryer vent which was packed with lint. Besides reducing the fire hazard I noticed that my dryer cycle is cut in half which means I will save a lot of money on energy cost. Recently just had my house air duct system cleaned by Forte Air Duct. They were awesome to work with and very professional. The entire process was explained, and the before/after video & pictures were shocking. I didn’t realize how much build up and pet hat was in the vents. I have 2 large main coons and they shed a lot of hair. They were also super mindful of the cats in the house while they had the door open and during the cleaning process. Overall, I can’t recommend them enough. Very pleased with the job and the house no longer feels stuffy!

I found Forte through a search of the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) to try and find a reputable provider to clean my dryer vent. I spoke directly with Lacho who walked me through exactly what to look for in a service provider. However, he was hesitant to take me as a client given that simply doing a dryer vent cleaning would result in a minimum charge that he felt was too high for his services just to do the dryer vent (he normally does a full air duct cleaning service). I called several other vendors at his urging and found that his price was still the cheapest, and I trusted him given all of the help that he’s given me and what to look for in another vendor. We scheduled him to come out, he arrived on time he was expeditious in the work that he did, and managed to clean out my dryer vent in a very short period of time. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy service provider that is honest and affordable.
